The most important aspect of a good relationship with a dentist is clear, consistent communication with the dentist foremost but with the other staff as well, especially the financial person who explains the bill. Both the dentist herself as well as her financial person were clear, compassionate but straight forward with information about both my treatment plan and the cost to me going forward.
