The service provided by the doctors and dental assistance staff is great, very proficient, however the front desk manager has bad customer services both in person and over the phone, which makes the overall experience here as a patient an inconsistent. If we would not be towards the end of our ortho treatment, I would switch dentist.
Dr was very good and thorough but that staff seemed confused and did not set up the procedure I went into the office for. Also I was never sent new patient paperwork ahead of my appointment as promised so this made my appointment time last 30 minutes longer then required.

Upon entering Castle Dental I approached the counter and was greeted with a smile from the front desk clerk. She was cordial and informative. The x-ray technician was very pleasant and directive, then I met the doctor. He was very clear and concise concerning my x-rays and what I needed for my teeth to be super healthy. I want to thank Castle Dental for making me feel welcome.

I must say Castle Dental has always provided me with excellent dental care. Dr. Griffin is one of the kindest and gentlest dentist I’ve met. Lisa is a fabulous dental hygienist, always does the best cleaning. They never try to up sell, nor overcharge or have hidden fees. Great dental care.
I always have a great experience at castle dental. The staff is so friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The doctor is very patient and takes his time. All in all, this is a great place! I appreciate that they offer multiple financing options. I’ve had 2 bridges done here and they both turned out beautifully!
