I’ve been going to Castle Dental on Nolensville rd for several years now for my cleanings and every visit has been a good experience. Only one hiccup was when they put me off for a year when they couldn’t find a permanent hygienist. Other than that it’s all been good. Staff is always super friendly, too. 👍😊

I am a returning patient and I specifically chose to come back to this location after four years. They are my dentist and my ortho specialist and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Great staff, always friendly and provides a great laugh. My dentist is amazing and would recommend anyone to go!

Excellent care and teeth cleaning by my hygienist

I had an appointment January 29th, 2025 to have a tooth extracted by Dr. Towns. From the time I was greeted by the receptionist, it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Towns assistant has such a comforting bedside manner. Before numbing me, she informed me of the whole process and she did a great job because I didn't even feel anything when she numbed me up. When Dr. Towns came in, she held my hand during the extraction. Dr. Towns also has a very calming bedside manner. He also explained what he was going to do, which helped me calm down and I didn't feel any pain and he was very careful with the extraction which was very quick. I know reviews are very important especially when your looking for relief of a toothache and I know everyone's experience is different. I just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Towns and his staff. I had a pleasant experience with them all from start to finish with no complaints.😊👍

Stephanie at Castle Dental on Nolensville road in Nashville Tn is the greatest. I was having anxiety issues due to my dental procedure. Stephanie stepped in and coaxed me, guided me thru breathing techniques and how to stay calm. I really admire and appreciate the care and concern Stephanie gave me thru my procedure. Stephanie Diaz (with the pretty curly hair) is literally the BEST. I had to go in multiple times for my denture set and she was so patient and kind EVERYTIME. Even when I wasn't calm😅 she was. She worked with me and listened to what i thought and always fixed my concerns..she needs an award.

I’ve rated this store three stars because the dental service I’ve received has been great. The customer service desk not so much. They’re blatantly rude but they do not have phone etiquette or friendly customers service. One would expect the staff being nice if you’re spending money. Also if you’re given a quote please keep it. When I returned for my second cleaning I had a charge that wasn’t on the original quote and wasn’t informed. They had the receipt printed and asked for payment after reviewing the receipt and asking about the charge it was removed.

Very nice staff; very professional, but personable. They seemed to take my issues seriously, and have been (so far) willing to have my necessary dental work performed quickly.

From the moment I came in the front desk girl was so nice and understanding, Braden is her name. They were a bit busy so to keep me from waiting forever in the lobby, the office manager took me to a room and sat down with me so I could detail my issues to her. The assistant came in just a couple of minutes later and detailed exactly what I told the manager and took xrays. Dr. Rahman was such a perky and pleasant guy, seems to really enjoy his profession and explained everything to me. That's not something I'm used to with dentists and it put me at ease instantly. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time so it's no surprise I needed a root canal and crown, as well as, a deep cleaning. Lexi, his assistant, discussed the entire treatment plan and costs in detail, which I appreciate. I'm on a limited budget so I can't afford surprised but they did have great in house financing and Dr. Rahman completed my root canal right then and there and even made a temp crown on the spot until my permanent one gets in. Their hygienist is out on maternity leave so they did not have someone at that location to clean my teeth but Brayden did her little clickety clack on the keyboard and she had me set up with an appointment in no time, closer to my work, so I don't have to miss any more time than necessary. With all this snow last month, I couldn't afford to miss any more. Surprised by the top level of service I received from a "franchise" office. They really seem to like their jobs. I will be back in 2 weeks for the permanent crown.

This was my first visit at the Nolensville location. The staff were pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with my results.

I haven't had any work done yet.. but the customer service is by far some of the best I've had in sometime...anywhere! From the moment I walked in the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Towne and his nurse Stephanie were spot on and very knowledgeable. Recommend what was needed and have me a printout on what to expect for the charges. I will definitely be going back to get the work done. The reception area and all areas very clean and welcoming.
Their kindness means very much in a society where most people are just going through the motions was much appreciated. You can tell they like their jobs. That's there means alot to me. Thank You Castle Dental Nolensville Rd!!
