From the moment I walked in, I was extremely nervous, but the staff made me feel safe, heard, and respected. Lance, Mary, and Daissey were especially kind, patient, and professional, and they took the time to truly listen to my concerns instead of brushing them off. That meant more to me than they probably realize.

Even when there were small issues with the equipment, they communicated clearly and stayed calm, which helped ease my anxiety. The environment was clean, welcoming, and genuinely comforting.
