My husband purchased their one smile insurance, had his exam, followed their “recommended” treatment plan. He was told for months they didn’t have anyone to clean his teeth. Finally he gets an appt for a cleaning (2 months out), left work early, gets there just to be told he doesn’t have an appt and they have a new system so it probably got “lost” in the system but they would work him in. HE DID NOT NEED ANOTHER EXAM, they proceeded to give him an exam and X-ray AGAIN, and then told him he needed all this extra work done, after he already had work done and his teeth were perfectly fine a few months back, they said they wouldn’t be doing a cleaning at this appt, he would need to schedule a cleaning appt, Like what?? That’s the only reason he had an appt and left work early was for HIS CLEANING APPT! This office is so unorganized.
