I was upset with them the first couple of months but this office i go to has one of the best office managers I’ve run into in years. She is the most straight up down to earth woman I’ve ran into in one of these offices since I’ve been going into them. I only talked to her for a few minutes but I could tell right away she was honest and straight up as it gets. So I want to take back all I was feeling about this place because I know that whatever I ask her in the future, it’s going to be right on point. And my dentist is very nice also!!

Easy to find, easy to park. Everyone is friendly , knowledgeable, and professional. 5 stars baby!!!

I had a good experience at Castle Dental, choosing this location because they’re close to my work. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and organized. Scheduling the appointment was easy too. The dentist was professional, explained the treatment clearly, and answered all my questions without rushing me, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and attentive during the cleaning. The office is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with updated equipment and a calm atmosphere. Everything felt efficient, and the appointment mostly ran on time. The only downside was a bit of waiting before being seen, and the visit took slightly longer than expected. Still, I left feeling well cared for and would return for future visits.

Review after my dental appointment: I would like to recognize a couple of people during my visit to Castle Dental. Starting with the front desk, Kela Om When I mentioned that I was experiencing sharp pain and feeling very uncomfortable, she immediately understood my situation and helped me schedule an appointment. Kela was very professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you, Kela! Next, Paul called my name and took me to the treatment room. Paul was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as a dental assistant. Thank you, Paul! Lastly, Dr. Petrove was amazing very friendly, competent, and professional. She completed my treatment smoothly and with great care. I've always had smooth experiences at this Castle Dental. My hygienist (Melaine?) has been fantastic the last few times I have gone in for cleanings and xrays. The staff always gets me information on my options quickly and gets my paperwork handled without making me wait. I've been going here for almost ten years and have never had an issue.

Dr. Petrova is so kind and thorough. I have had some unexpected ‘dental emergencies’ and she had kept me calm & relaxed throughout the whole process

Dr. Petrova is very easy to understand.She explained options to o make everything clear. Recently I learned that I need a root canal, but the partner orthodontist isn't available for another five weeks. They didn't refer me to another dentist, since it takes two dentists and four visits. I wish I was able to start the sequence sooner.

My visit was very helpful, all the staff was so wonderful and friendly, very helpful with my paper work, and the place is very neat and clean.

Very quick appointment to pick up dental device. Everything went smoothly. Was very pleased when the bill turned out to be considerably less than I was expecting.

My visit to the dentist Wednesday August 27, 2025 @ 1600 was marvelous. The front desk receptionist really turn the frowned world I was in upside down into a smiley world when she reviewed my account and told me that my balance was an error. Then when I was called back the office nurse was so friendly and welcoming. The doctor and the hygienist were awesome too. I didn’t feel pressured into making any major decisions although I need some work. Overall my appointment rank five stars.
