This place is great! Front desk staff are great. Paul (dental assistant?) was very nice, knowledgeable, and welcoming! Dr. Iqbal was also nice, took the time to explain everything to me, and showed me examples/pictures. Not once did I feel like I was being deceived or told I need unnecessary procedures! If you want honest work done from an honest dentist, a very inviting and clean office/clinic, and high-tech tools/equipment, then this is the place for you! Also, if the dentist gives you anxiety, come here! Between Paul and Dr. Iqbal, they will make you at ease! This was my first visit to Castle Dental, but won’t be my last! I can confidently say that this was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had! I usually don’t walk away from the dentist feeling overwhelmed with positive customer service, and this is my first dental review, but I have to give credit where credit is due! 5 Stars!!!
For the most part happy. I've been self paying for Humana Dental and just couldn't get a cleaning in 2 years from Menchaca at Lamar office. I moved to 1-35 S and Stasseny. I want a regular cleaning that my Insurance will pay for twice a year and an out of pocket price to pay my self for an additional cleaning, maybe two.
Good workers , I needed the help and they gave me the help . Love it will be going back .
Dr.Iqbal and staff are great , very helpful and always positive. I highly recommend them to anyone needing proper care done right.
I had a partial that lasted a mighty long time that came from Castle. Just removed and went full denture, I have faith in your dentists to do the right thing. Thank you for taking care of me.
Very nice. Very patient. Very professional. I thought my appointment was at 11 but it was at 10. And they were still able to accommodate me. Sure going to the dentist sucks. Not gonna lie, but they were very helpful very knowledgeable and kind of put me at ease. I will continue to use this location and continue to see these people because they are honest and through no fault of their own which I hope people understand nothing is the same as it was two years ago.

Excellent experience. I was in and out in no time with my filling and a completely pain free procedure.
Everyone in the office were helpful, nice and attentive. The dentist was immediately able to pinpoint my issue. She then explained the process to correct the issue. Honest and trustworthy. Even have in house financing if u don't get approved for care credit. Most of all the staff is amazing.

The service was great. Receptionist was amazing. Great disposition. Beautiful teeth. Pleasant and a beautiful smile. The Doctor was nice and made sure he walked me through the whole experience. Updated me every step of the way. Very nice guy.

I had a great experience here. It had been a couple of years since my last dental visit and the staff made me feel really comfortable. Dr. Tsai completed all of the required dental work and Moníca was my dental assistant—they were friendly and made time for me to ensure everything I needed was taken care of during the visit. The front desk personnel was also helpful when trying to figure out insurance matters. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience. Dr. Tsai was clear and thorough – took the time to carefully examine my teeth, get them back in great shape, and give me helpful advice about my dental health. Her assistant Mohammed was equally thorough, clear and kind and showed genuine interest in my care.

Dr Tsai is an incredibly thorough. She performed a deep clean that was amazingly clean. I think she removed plaque from past cleanings by others not as great as she. I hoooope she stays.
The rest of the staff and assistants are just as wonderful.
Always have a good experience when I come to this location! Alice up front is always super super sweet and there was a new guy today who was also very nice and pleasant. Dr. Tsai always does a great job. My dental hygeine isn't amazing and she's never judgey or preachy about reminding me to keep up with it or with how she explains everything. I'm also very sensitive to dental pain and she's always patient and kind and relaxed about my needs. Thanks again yall!
Dr. Tsai is really kind and make me feel really confortable. My daughter and I are really happy that we get to have such an amazing doctor.
