This was the very first time that I visit castle dentist and the welcome was very nice I enjoy the customer service there they went way and beyond to explain things to you I will truly recommend others to come there

I went in for a six month cleaning. I was promptly attended. I hate going to the dentist but I had a pleasant experience. The cleaning was fast and professional.

Friendly professional and took me in a timely manner

Appointment made day before and I needed them quickly so I give 5 stars for availability. Also the orthodontist explained everything before beginning on me and verified that I was satisfied with what he accomplished. I’m very satisfied!!!

I had a cleaning and 2 fillings replaced. No pain, and everything was done well.

Front staff is very friendly and helpful

I called about a broken retainer and they had me in for a free consultation within two hours. They had the best price out of everyone I called, and I was fixed up and out in 45 minutes. Fully recommend!

I had not been to a dentist in a while, and I was a bit nervous, but the staff here was very reassuring and kind. Overall I had a wonderful experience. The entire office was very professional and efficient in getting me into my appointment. I was immediately seen and felt like I received excellent care. They carefully explained the process to me and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a new dentist.

The manager was very helpful when it came to my delivery the DoorDash that was delivering my food, opened my food took a piece of pizza out and ate it and then try to argue with my kids about there was no drinks with the order there was no drinks on the receipt when there was drinks on the receipt. I contacted the Pizza Hut and the Pizza Hut store also said the same thing that he was being very aggressive disrespectful to the employees at Pizza Hut Pizza Hut fixed the order and made it better and re-Delivered my drinks and fix the mistake of the driver thank you, Pizza Hut

All was good when the Dentist ask what I wanted I said a professional cleaning and thats all for now. I go back in a week or so for a cleaning. I do a good job myself but can't get it all

Great orthodontist.

The service is always great. Had a 4pm appt that had to get rescheduled earlier in the day. They were very helpful. Came got looked at and was out in about 15 minutes. I love them and I am so thankful that my Invisalign journey was with them.

For the most part happy. I've been self paying for Humana Dental and just couldn't get a cleaning in 2 years from Menchaca at Lamar office. I moved to 1-35 S and Stasseny. I want a regular cleaning that my Insurance will pay for twice a year and an out of pocket price to pay my self for an additional cleaning, maybe two.

This place is great! Front desk staff are great. Paul (dental assistant?) was very nice, knowledgeable, and welcoming! Dr. Iqbal was also nice, took the time to explain everything to me, and showed me examples/pictures. Not once did I feel like I was being deceived or told I need unnecessary procedures! If you want honest work done from an honest dentist, a very inviting and clean office/clinic, and high-tech tools/equipment, then this is the place for you! Also, if the dentist gives you anxiety, come here! Between Paul and Dr. Iqbal, they will make you at ease! This was my first visit to Castle Dental, but won’t be my last! I can confidently say that this was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had! I usually don’t walk away from the dentist feeling overwhelmed with positive customer service, and this is my first dental review, but I have to give credit where credit is due! 5 Stars!!!

Very nice. Very patient. Very professional. I thought my appointment was at 11 but it was at 10. And they were still able to accommodate me. Sure going to the dentist sucks. Not gonna lie, but they were very helpful very knowledgeable and kind of put me at ease. I will continue to use this location and continue to see these people because they are honest and through no fault of their own which I hope people understand nothing is the same as it was two years ago.

Excellent experience. I was in and out in no time with my filling and a completely pain free procedure.

Everyone in the office were helpful, nice and attentive. The dentist was immediately able to pinpoint my issue. She then explained the process to correct the issue.
