Dr. Petrova and Dr. Singh have both done an excellent job with my bad teeth and are always kind and patient. The absolute star of the practice is Mary- a technician who I’ve happened to see at every visit here. She is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and explains everything before and after she does it. They worked me in today for a sudden issue that was not their fault: Mary genuinely took the time to actually consult with Dr. Petrova and fixed the actual problem instead of sending me back out with a temporary band-aid fix- which would have been completely reasonable considering my appointment was unscheduled. Whoever manages this practice needs to make sure they retain those two women, because they are both an example of how much soft skills and interaction with patients matter.

I want to share my experience with Dr. Adelina Petrova and her staff at Castle Dental Canyon Ridge in Austin, Texas. I had extensive dental surgery involving dental implants over the course of an entire year. I was very apprehensive about the required procedures and shared my concerns with Dr. Petrova. She reassured me that while some of it would be difficult and take some time to complete, when the treatment was finished, I would be happy with the results. She was absolutely right. I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received and the ultimate result of the implants I now have. Every time I went in for each of the necessary dental steps, Dr. Petrova and her staff put me at ease with their sense of humor and friendly dispositions. I knew they really cared about me and what I was going through. Looking back on each step, I realize now that I didn't experience any pain or discomfort when I was in the dentist's chair. Certainly there was some discomfort at home when the anaesthesia wore off, but it was pretty mild each time. Today I'm going back for some fillings that need to be replaced, circa 1972 or so. Had my tooth implant done here. That’s not a fun process and I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to surgery and dental work, but it was offset by how knowledgeable and professional the doctor was and how friendly, personable, and professional everyone I talked to was. Every step was explained thoroughly and proper expectations were set in regards to healing. It was a long process as to be expected but my implant healed really well! I am glad to have taken the plunge to have my baby tooth replaced and I’m glad to have done so here. Cost was about what’s expected for this treatment and they accept CareCredit so it worked out.
The most important aspect of a good relationship with a dentist is clear, consistent communication with the dentist foremost but with the other staff as well, especially the financial person who explains the bill. Both the dentist herself as well as her financial person were clear, compassionate but straight forward with information about both my treatment plan and the cost to me going forward. It makes the best of an already tension filled experience. P.S. a year later I am still pleased with care I receive at this dental practice.
Personnel friendly and helpful
Fantastic staff; friendly and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. I recieved gum-graft surgery and was very comfortable the entire time. Periodontist Dr. Lilia Ferral is the best; my procedure was smooth and easy, no complaints. They allowed my partner to be with me in the beginning since I was a bit nervous. Once the sedative and gas kicked in I was very calm. Was able to use my CareCredit which makes for easy cost managment. I’m at day two post-procedure with minimal swelling and over-the-counter pain meds seem to be handling the pain just fine.

Dr. Adelina Petrova and her staff are wonderful. I had a major dental surgery at their Castle Dental office yesterday. They performed some major surgery carefully and efficiently, all the while checking in with me, asking how I was doing, making me feel very relaxed and comfortable. They were very patient with me and addressed each of my concerns. I felt no pain the entire time I was in the chair. My follow up visit with Dr. Petrova and her staff was also a great experience. All my questions were answered and I got the sense that they really cared. No one was rushing off to see other patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Petrova to anyone requiring major dental surgery. An update from 2/28/2023. Next step in the process of major dental surgery. Dr. Petrova had everything under control, with the help of her excellent staff. I felt zero pain. Zero! Trust me, you don’t want the gory details of the actual procedure. Suffice it to say I was in experienced hands the whole time, and I was in and out of the chair and headed home unassisted after about an hour and 15 minutes. Dr. Petrova and her staff again made sure that I had clear instructions for the post-surgery care procedures I would need to do, and told me to call if I have any discomfort or additional questions. Looking forward to the last steps next month. I highly recommend Dr. Petrova for any major dental surgery procedures. I hope this is helpful to you.
Everybody was so nice and thorough at Castle dental, the dentist, Dr. Pavtrova took a lot of time to explain everything to me. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to my next visit Justine Martone.
