Very quick appointment to pick up dental device. Everything went smoothly. Was very pleased when the bill turned out to be considerably less than I was expecting.

My visit to the dentist Wednesday August 27, 2025 @ 1600 was marvelous. The front desk receptionist really turn the frowned world I was in upside down into a smiley world when she reviewed my account and told me that my balance was an error. Then when I was called back the office nurse was so friendly and welcoming. The doctor and the hygienist were awesome too. I didn’t feel pressured into making any major decisions although I need some work. Overall my appointment rank five stars.

Went in for a 3D X-ray. Staff was friendly and called in exactly at my appt time. CD was made and sent with me. Very efficient process.

Dr. Petrova is very easy to understand.She explained options to o make everything clear and simple. She is friendly. This branch doesn't have a dental hygienist, so I have to go to another location for cleaning.

The dentist office is phenomenal. Fast check in, friendly staff, convenient location, gentle cleaning, informative follow-ups, and they take most insurance companies. If they gave stickers for adults to wear once we were done, I’d give six stars!

I want to share my experience with Dr. Adelina Petrova and her staff at Castle Dental Canyon Ridge in Austin, Texas. I had extensive dental surgery involving dental implants over the course of an entire year. I was very apprehensive about the required procedures and shared my concerns with Dr. Petrova. She reassured me that while some of it would be difficult and take some time to complete, when the treatment was finished, I would be happy with the results. She was absolutely right. I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received and the ultimate result of the implants I now have. Every time I went in for each of the necessary dental steps, Dr. Petrova and her staff put me at ease with their sense of humor and friendly dispositions. I knew they really cared about me and what I was going through. Looking back on each step, I realize now that I didn't experience any pain or discomfort when I was in the dentist's chair. Certainly there was some discomfort at home when the anaesthesia wore off, but it was pretty mild each time. Today I'm going back for some fillings that need to be replaced, circa 1972 or so. But I know I'll be in great hands with Dr. Petrova and her staff. I strongly recommend Dr. Petrova and her staff at Castle Dental Canyon Ridge in Austin, Texas. Best Regards, Daniel Casner

I was so lucky to visit the facility at 500 Canyon Ridge Dr.! The receptionist managed to squeeze me in for a cleaning on the same day I called. I had an amazing experience with Selena—she’s a fantastic hygienist, great with sensitive teeth, and gave me so many helpful recommendations. Thank you!
