I had switch dentistry and needed x-rays as well as a cleaning. They were able to do both thankfully. The doctor was caring and took her time examining and with the cleaning, which she took upon herself as they were short staffed.

Update: I had a prior issue here (as reviewed below, and why I'm knocking off a star) HOWEVER, Nancy in the front desk took care of me. She broke down all my billing and helped me resolve all these issues. The new, current dental staff are really awesome and kind. They are very helpful and you can tell they care. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is for my older experience. The Dentist, Dr.A is so knowledgeable and has such a light hand, you don't feel discomfort or pain. The dental assistants are sweethearts! Total 180 Prior review: On April 13 I went in for the second half of my cleaning and also got fitted for Reveal aligners. I was told the aligners would arrive in 4-5 weeks. When I went to the front the computer was down so I couldn't make my follow up appointment but was told I'd get a call. I did not receive this call. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone on May 22nd after multiple attempts. By this time I'd also received a call from billing in Huntington California, that I owe them $90 even though I paid over $2000 (for aligners I still haven't received) on top of my PPO insurance. I was also told I wouldn't have to pay more than I was quoted. When I spoke to the front desk on May 22nd they told me they would follow up with the lab and give me a call back. I didn't receive this call either. On May 31st I went to the office and it was closed. I called again on June 1st and still no answer or response. Had I know that this was going to be the case I wouldn't have gotten these "express aligners". It's really frustrating especially when the dentist himself is so great. He doesn't try to upsell you in anyway. My husband and I both really liked him. But the rest of the situation is just too ridiculous. Update: Since then I have gotten my aligners, have been told not to worry about the bills I'm receiving and to "just ignore them, you paid in full" however I keep receiving bills every month. The billing told me that the dental office needs to just update the payment on their system, but I can't ever get a hold of the office to talk to them. My husband also received a big bill that is dated 3 months after my husband ever went to the dentist (and paid over $1000 with insurance in the office). Still not able to get a hold of anyone to discuss that either.

Dr A. and her team were very efficient and friendly. The office is super clean and you can tell they take pride in their work and absolutely will make anyone feel welcome and despite the anxiety I had they made feel at ease. I was in pain and although I thought I had and appointment they were able to fit me in and performed excellent care. Highly recommend this office.

Great service. Teeth cleaning and rebonding a loose permanent retainer wire. Cleaning was painless and retainer bonding was quick and clean. Answered any questions I had and cleared up any confusion about the process to fix my retainer.

Wait time was long to be seen. I think the office operates on a bare bones staff. The front desk, x ray technician, and dental hygienist were very friendly.; although they try to upsell procedures and treatments. I don’t I’ve ever had as many X-rays (25?) in a dental visit. Quick visit with Dr after cleaning . He was calm and approachable. I don’t quite understand why you would need to come back for a cleaning after an exam? Most people have very busy work schedules and cannot make two visits just to get your teeth cleaned. I was fortunate they had an opening for cleaning right after the exam- although there were only two patients there including myself at the time.

Randy is the best hygienist! He truly cares about his patients and takes excellent care of their teeth.
