Been going to Castle dental in Bastrop, Tx now since first of the year ‘2025 because of insurance and because my dentist retired. 1x for dental checkup n x-rays +cleaning+ redo a filling…,. Second time this week - just cleaning. I couldn't be more pleased. Sarah at front and Angelica the hygeinist are very professional and friendly. Their work is tops. I have high severe anxiety and fear of the dentist and for me to give 4 stars is a lot. My experience with the front desk was great. The ladies up front were very kind and welcoming. Then the lady who took my x-rays and worked with my anxiety was very kind and very patient with me to help me through my nerves. She didn’t rush me or the process until we could do it right. The pricing however was a lot out my budget due to no insurance but that’s not their fault they got to go by what they are told for their pricing. Overall a good visit and a good consultation minus my anxiety level
Wow, what a great experience at Castle Dental!! When I first walked in, and was greeted by Sarah, the Office Manager; what a Boss, but a yet a major sweetheart at the same time. As soon as I finished up with Sarah, I went in with Myra, Dental Hygienist to do X-Rays; I was so impressed with the Patience Myra has for her patients is admirable. I mean who likes X-Rays. Next I met, and worked with Angelica, the Dental Hygienist. By then I had been treated so well that I came to a the conclusion that the entire place was filled with A Patient Centric Team which means to me that they consider their patients, their comfort & the requirement and preferences of each of their clients. I couldn’t believe the kindness, considerate, and courtesy I was given on my first visit. It is clear there they are all qualified trained professionals and that the Dentist is an expert in his field. The lab is filled with the most modern technology and equipment, so the Dr. Cerrelli can help his patient get the best outcomes. There is great expertise & a licensed oral health professional in that building and all of the employees have had training. It’s clear they possess the right skills for the job. After I met with Dr. Cerrelli, the Liscenced & Tooth & Gum Expert, I was offered a wide range of options and it felt as much like a patient education all the way through my visit from the idea of a water pic for flossing to have healthy gums, to the possibility of including a bite appliance to support my TMJ. The tips and even the reminders to call and set up a follow-up appointment was fantastic. On my way out the door I thought, wow, that was such a clean place AND those people, EACH ONE OF THEM treated me so kindly. I will tell you what; in today’s world, that means everything to me! Thanks, Castle Dental !!!

Going to the dentist isn't a fun experience usually but Dr Cerelli is wonderful. He is kind and gentle, and he knows how to put you at ease. His staff is amazing too. From the front office staff, the dental assistant, and Angelica the hygienist. I am grateful for their care.

Great at tooth extractions cheap prices, they are very proficient I used to get cut all the time but here I never have that problem!
