I’m very satisfied with the service of Castle Dental. I went in, not knowing what to expect. From the staff at the front desk to the doctor it was a great experience. The doctor gave me options and told me the realities of the tooth that I needed to work on, which I appreciated greatly. I definitely will be back.

Love Dr Somoza! He was my dentist at the Slaughter location and when he moved I didn’t hesitate to move with him. He’s caring, knowledgeable, and personable, all the things I want in a healthcare provider. The clinical staff is great as well. The office staff is somewhat friendly, but they made several mistakes during my last appointment like crediting someone else’s payment to my mom’s account (she had an appointment that day as well), scheduling my 6-month cleanup on her account instead of mine, they had the wrong DOB on my mom’s account and one other error. All things we fixed in the moment, but I’m saying this so that both they and patients double check things. Scheduling can be difficult as they are closed 2 days of the week.

Outstanding service! I needed to be seen for a chipped tooth and they were able to get me in the next day. The check-in was simple, smooth, no delays, no hassle. To top it off the Dental Assistant, Ashley, made the entire experience sooo pleasant, she’s the kindest person you’ll ever meet. They fixed me up and send me on my way with a smile 😃.

Got me in right away as a new patient. Just relocated from FLorida and had not found Dr., needed to have a crown reset also need a consult on work I had been putting off. Really nice ataff from dental assistant , hygienist as well as Dr. looking forward to working with them.

After checking in things went very well. The team was excellent in their services and answered all questions clearly.

Had my semiannual teeth cleaning. As always a professional job. Very satisfied. Then the dentist went over my status and plan for continual health.

Dr. Somoza is an outstanding dentist and I would not change him for nothing in this world. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest thorough and has great bedside manners. He is the very best that I had in 33 years living in Austin.

I generally don’t like the dentist (mostly a mental block), but they take very good care of me at this location. During my routine cleaning, the sweet technician told me what she was doing and made sure I was ok the whole time. I’m a loyal customer 1) for their kind treatment and 2) because they only recommend necessary treatment. I like that they’re honest

I am sharing my experience with all my friends. I went in with what I thought was an emergency as a possible new patient. They made me comfortable, took care of my concerns and added unexpected insurance benefits, which I needed. The doctor explained my concern and assured me of its outcome. I would give them 10 stars!!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the dentist was very knowledgeable but not pushy he was encouraging about my future dental needs.
