My experience here has been positive! The dental hygienist is pleasant, the font office is efficient and the dentist not only is thorough, but has a calming presence.
Sheila is a great and very friendly hygienist, and Dr. Del Valle is a lovely, caring dentist. I love how he's always humming a tune! I've been seeing the two of them for years and have only had positive experiences!
My colleague at work suggested I try castle dental, that they are good, so I listen and give it a try, it was my best good dental experience ever have, from receptionist to Dr are eawesome, amazing. They show professionalism, listen, give you the best care you deserve, After my tooth extraction, go home ,i was ready to expect pain surprisingly No pain,next day , even when I didn't take my pain med and antibiotics No pain ,the Dr is amazing.
I was seen directly and took x-rays by a very capable person. Next, I was seeing by the dental hygienist who did a gums check then a dentist who was all business. I got out of there in less than an hour. And then I waited another 20 minutes and had my teeth cleaned buy the nice dental hygienist. And my insurance covered it all.
Staff at Castle Dental were friendly, competent and thorough. I was there to have my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist checked my gums and tongue for any lesions or unusual discolorations that might require a referral and then cleaned my teeth. Staff were professional, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I'll continue to use Castle Dental in the future.
The dentist and hygienist are very professional . The front staff is always changing and they need training ! Because of this I give 3 stars
Fast, no bs, no shysters!
Sadly I may need to look for a new dentist, yet again. I feel like I can't find a solid dentist under my insurance. I have been here several times and each time they call me back over 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time. The response when I ask front desk is "they're busy and it's up to them when they pull your file". These people don't know how to properly schedule an appointment. What a PITA to need to find yet another dental office.
To be clear, the dentist is great and hygienist is ok, it's their scheduling that is ridiculous.

Everyone was so nice. I was able to get xrays, cleaning, cancer screening and 3 fillings all in one day and they made me an appointment for 6 months. My teeth are beautiful and shiny. Thank you Castle Dentist Dr. and staff.

As usual, the staff, hygienist and dentist at Castle Dental were professional, attentive, considerate and helpful I have been with them for years now, and they keep my teeth in fine shape. I had a chip in one of my front teeth, and they put in a filling to fix it. Prices are affordable and service is great.

Dr. Del Valle and all of the hygienists are fantastic! They are very friendly and take the time to answer questions. You feel cared for when you are there. The issue is booking an appointment is such a hassle. The website has a "book an appointment online" option that says you will get a return call, but you NEVER do. When you leave a message on the voicemail, you NEVER get a return call. When you finally get through to someone, they immediately put you on hold for so long, the call disconnects. It is so frustrating. If the communication was better, I would definitely give more stars because everything else is wonderful.

It was easy to schedule a new patient appt and the dentist (Marco DelValle) did a thorough exam & X-rays. Normally I'm super nervous, but he and his team made me feel comfortable. Sheila was the hygienist who did my cleaning and she was also very nice. I already have my next appt scheduled!
Office says they are closed at 5, but I’ve been calling at 4 to make an appointment and no one answers the phone. I even went on the website to schedule an appointment but it doesn’t let you select one, but says that someone will get back with you. 3 stars only because my experience coming here has been okay. But no one answering or returning phone messages, it’s been 2 days that I’ve been calling.
I had a good experience with a cleaning and filling, and would have recommended this dentist. I've recently had tooth pain and tried to schedule an emergency appointment -- left several voicemails and filled out the online form. Over a week later I still haven't been able to schedule an emergency appointment and I'm still in pain. Will be searching for a new dentist.

I accidentally erased my last review, but I really wanted to just say that I've seen a number of different dentist over the years and honestly Castle Dental has been my favorite. The people at all three of the locations I've been to have had so much integrity with their jobs and have helped me so much. I can't recommend this place enough. I know I'll be going here for years to come.
