Great place to go for a dentist and staff. They are all wonderful. Dr Cooliard is the best dentist I’ve been to. He explains everything and gives you options. Julie was wonderful with me because I’m a baby! Highly suggest their expertise.

I must say this dentist / orthodontist office was a great professional experience. There location and the inside office was very welcoming clean. There staff was very sweet and kind and very much helpful. There doctor and hygienists catered to me and made feel very special and confident I just love my hole experience. They made me feel like family I was treated with the upmost care and respect. With a perfect solution to make me smile more with correcting the problem areas and putting my teeth and smile back were it belongs. Thanks bunch

Took one day to get appointment. Once there the exam was quick fast and easy. Dentist did good job. Staff Always does an excellent job. Been going there many years.

1st visit so far so good. Dr. Coulliard, Marty, Amolia and Parker all seem very nice and thorough. Once I have treatment, I hope to feel good enough to give 5 stars!

Service was very good

I did receive a check from Smile Brands which must be the parent company for Castle on 05/14/2026. It was not in the full amount of the charges as some of the interest charges for using a credit card were not refunded. If they would have accepted my insurance, I would not have had to use my card as all the services would have been paid for by my insurance. A second call to my insurance while I was there could have solved this matter. As it turns out, the person who called them to confirm I had insurance said they were Monarch Dental ( they are not listed but Castle Dental is). I consider the matter closed. I have been going to Castle for a number of years and have been pleased with the treatment and services I have received. The next time I go I will have a printout from my insurance showing that they are an approved facility. I have changed my Review from 1 to 3 Stars! Upon arrival on 4/7 I was told they were out of network with my insurance company. I said I check the day before and they were listed. I agreed to pay as I was having an issue with one of my teeth and it was time to clean them. The next day (4/8) I returned with proof that they were in network. A MS King who is the office manager said she would look into it and call me back (she didn’t). I filed dispute with my credit card company. On 4/20, I again when by and the reception said after I left on 4/7 the insurance call them and said they were in network. MS King was at lunch so I had to wait an hour for her return. When she returned I gave her a list of 65 dentists that were on my insurance website. I then ask for a credit to be issued she said their main office had to use it and it would take 2 days. On 4/23, I called their appointment phone line and they transfer me to MS King and she said it would take 4 to 6 weeks for a credit to be issued.

Receptionist was welcoming; hygienist took time to spa treat my teeth; dentist took time to fix a crown; rad tech/nurse was efficient; financial officer explained ins./ patient costs effectively; ofc. clean and modern. Highly recommend!

The staff and Dr at Castle Dental are great. I had an emergency with severe mouth pain. I made a mistake on my booking that I made online yet they still were able to see me the same day. I was made comfortable and treated very well. I highly recommend this office! Thank you for taking great care of me.

I like this dentist office. They are not quick to say cavities and offer other options that can help and offer relief. They take their time and speak with you concerning any dental issues you may have.

Went there for a second opinion on my treatment made by other dentist and I was impressed with their professionalism, integrity & honesty; (end up the previous one was a liar). Everyone is very friendly and it will be my place to go always for any dental need. Kudos to Brooke, Kaylee, Chelsea, Julie, Gloria & Dr. Couillard. ❤️ They sure are the BEST!

Everything went well. I had a big chip out of one of my front teeth. I got an exam and the chip filled quickly in a single visit. I have been using Castle for a few years and always have an excellent experience during every appointment.
