Dr. Edward's is wonderful. I am in a wheelchair and the entire staff has worked with me to feel comfortable. They have been able to accommodate me while replacing a crown, x-rays and cleanings. Top notch!

Staff were amazing. I struggle with going to the dentist, and the staff made me feel comfortable (including keeping the suction running because I needed the noise!). I felt cared for and my teeth feel MUCH better. Definitely recommend others to use Castle Dental in Hixson, TN.
The staff at the Hixson location is awesome! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Dr. Edward's is an AMAZING dentist and "Mrs Cola" has to be the BEST hygienist in the city! I highly recommend their services!

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this visit went. To be fair, it was a first appointment/meet&greet kind of thing rather than a working appt. The staff seemed friendly and I wasn't pressured into agreeing to an expensive treatment plan out of the gate. I felt like I had a good rapport with Dr. Edwards, which helps if he's going to be putting his hands in my mouth and causing pain. I feel as much at ease as I can regarding my upcoming appts. I am hoping to continue to have as positive of experiences in the future. I'm still going to be very anxious, but I'd prefer to have that anxiety prove to be unfounded rather than going in feeling good and coming out unhappy and/or uncomfortable.

Friendly staff but their billing is unorganized. The online account never shows any balance due. Sometimes they send a bill via email. Sometimes it's via snail mail. So even if you get a bill stating how much is owed and you pay it, you may get another bill later on with a new amount to pay from the same visit. The financing for special procedures has no way of seeing account balance or paying off early. The amount is automatically withdrawn which was not explained beforehand.
Dr Edward's is very gentle as one can be and very personable The office and assistants are very nice as well. I've been a patient for over 20 yrs

Truly a wonderful experience with some incredible people I felt at home and was welcomed right away from checking in going over options to meeting Dayya full of so much joy and positive energy to do my exrays then meeting Ashley who was such a delight to talk to as well and very sincere, honest,polite, and very smart who fit me in to do a cleaning I have needed. Dr Edwards was fantastic to meet also looking at my exrays going over a plan and treatment and professional, honest, and very nice! I am thrilled to have had the experience at Castle Dental in Hixson TN. I will definitely be going back for years to come and thankful for meeting such a wonderful group. After such an awful visit with Sage Dental Left me feeling so upset ,negative, angry, sad, so confused and worried from my nightmare visit. Very unprofessional and will NEVER go back. Was worse experience I've ever had at Sage Dental. Thank you to the staff, hygienists and dentists at Castle Dental for a turnaround wonderful outstanding visit after the nightmare u experience.
