Monarch Dental has been my go to place for dental care for the past 18years. Henrietta is a bright shot of sunshine whenever I come for a cleaning or check up. Dr. H is a gent and a total professional. Remember to floss and you'll be alright!

I can’t single out one person. The entire staff is great! I have been treated with kindness, respect and humor each time I visit. Recently, they were subjected to vandalism and although you can see the strain in their faces they still showed grace and professionalism. Simply put, I trust them with my oral health and I highly recommend this branch.

I had bad experience with other dentists, may me not to go to the dentist. I went to Castle Dental about 20 years ago they were wonderful. My job changed Insurance, I saw Castle Dental on the list Hallelujah, I AM BACK. They are wonderful. My go to Dental.

Was expecting to wait for my doctor but not quite as long as I did. The front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed it took quite a while to set up my next appointment. Otherwise the visit was fine.
This Castle Dental branch is truly wonderful! I was a transfer patient from Ohio looking for a new orthodontist. Dr. Thompson (orthodontist) and Dr. Shepard (dentist) provide outstanding care, making every visit a positive experience. Dr. Thompson is highly skilled in orthodontics, ensuring that treatment plans are effective and tailored to each patient. Dr. Shepard is thorough, gentle, and takes the time to make sure patients feel comfortable and informed about their dental health. I was having some discomfort from a cavity filling and she was so kind and patient with me about getting it taken care of!

for 14 years. Her knowledge, ability and caring attitude provides certainty that your dental care is under an exceptional professional. All procedures that she has administered over the years for me have always been excellent. Her Dental Assistants are truly experienced and assist in providing a stress free relaxed environment. I consider myself fortunate to have my dental care under Doctor Shepard's Practice.

The Kirby location has amazing staff. I had an urgent matter and ended spending 7 hours there. They were understanding and empathetic. They worked hard on finding a resolution to my dental issue. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and support.

EVERY one was so professional and polite nice clean place but I wish they had the chairs a little wider to accommodate plus size patients and play nice instrumental music instead of that boom box just play soft instrumental music to relax people we are ready anxious so we need guiet relaxing music.l dont how they can work with that music .I need to be relaxed not hyper. Thank you other than that I give them a A++++++

I have been going to castle over 20 years. I love them, everyone is so professional and helpful. Sometimes they get a little busy, but your wait isn't to long. About 10 minutes.

Castle Dental at Kirby is where I go for all my needs. I am very pleased with the services and staff of professionals who are courteous, respectful and give due diligence to my concerns. There is ample free parking available and shopping venues nearby. I like coming here and you will too...wait time is not long, usually you're in and out in no time.

I've been looking for an orthodontist for a couple of months. I had a permanent brace on my lower teeth, but I couldn't find ANYONE to repair my brace. Everyone would tell me that I had to remove the current one and have a new one installed.
I had a consultation appointment at Castle Dental - Kirby. Dr. Nicole Thompson took one quick look at it, and said she could repair it. I didn't even have to schedule an appointment after the consultation. I appreciate that they heard my concerns, and found a solution that was easier. Dr. Thompson was very friendly and very attentive. Thank you.

I've been referring their location everytime somebody ask where I get my dental care.
The receptionists and hygienists are skilled and polite, but the wait times are consistently an hour or more, sometimes resulting only in a quick diagnosis that you need to make another appointment for a more expensive service. I dunno if it's this bad everywhere, but I'm going to go find out.
Appointment was 10am but didn't get seen until 10:55am
today I really spend a whole day here. all faculties are good but wait time sooooooooooooooo long
