I went to Castle Dental on Kirby as a walk in and I was received warmly by all the front desk staff. Susan in particular helped me navigate my insurance issue and got me scheduled for same day service. Dr. Shepard examined me briefly and recommended the proper treatment. I was attended to by everybody in a warm and professional manner. I left the clinic extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this clinic!

I am absolutely pleased with the in’s and out’s of being able to go get the temps fixed whenever I needed to I made it to the finish line, but I am very pleased. I understand the frustration of being told about their recommendations to other places for other services but don’t act like it’s your way or the highway. You didn’t give me an alternative option either.. I made my situation happen because listening to them I had no choice.
Castle Dental at Kirby is where I go for all my needs. I am very pleased with the services and staff of professionals who are courteous, respectful and give due diligence to my concerns. There is ample free parking available and shopping venues nearby. I like coming here and you will too...wait time is not long, usually you're in and out in no time.

I had a root canal at an endodontist. I thought I would have several weeks to get to a dentist to get a crown for it and was going out of town the next day. When my endodontist said I needed to get it addressed within 7 days I called Castle Dental on Kirby. Even though they did not have an available appointment open they had me come in at the end of that same day and Dr. Shepard and several of her staff stayed well past closing time to give me a temporary crown. Above and beyond customer service!!!! Thank you!!

Monarch Dental has been my go to place for dental care for the past 18years. Henrietta is a bright shot of sunshine whenever I come for a cleaning or check up. Dr. H is a gent and a total professional. Remember to floss and you'll be alright!

I can’t single out one person. The entire staff is great! I have been treated with kindness, respect and humor each time I visit. Recently, they were subjected to vandalism and although you can see the strain in their faces they still showed grace and professionalism. Simply put, I trust them with my oral health and I highly recommend this branch.

I had bad experience with other dentists, may me not to go to the dentist. I went to Castle Dental about 20 years ago they were wonderful. My job changed Insurance, I saw Castle Dental on the list Hallelujah, I AM BACK. They are wonderful. My go to Dental.

Quick, Professional and many payment options
Was expecting to wait for my doctor but not quite as long as I did. The front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed it took quite a while to set up my next appointment. Otherwise the visit was fine.
