Very patient and understanding people

Great experience and very accommodating, with friendly smiles.
I've been referring their location everytime somebody ask where I get my dental care.

The receptionists and hygienists are skilled and polite, but the wait times are consistently an hour or more, sometimes resulting only in a quick diagnosis that you need to make another appointment for a more expensive service. I dunno if it's this bad everywhere, but I'm going to go find out.

Appointment was 10am but didn't get seen until 10:55am

today I really spend a whole day here. all faculties are good but wait time sooooooooooooooo long

The visit was godd but it took 2 hours for an xray and cleaning.

I am a new client. I was not able to make my first appointment due to the freeze that we had in Houston. I really appreciate Ms. Ronda calling me ahead of time to inform me that the dental office would be close. At my second appointment when I entered the building I was greeted with a smile. Ms. Oresha and Ms. Ronda were very polite. Dr. Harietta was so kind and funny. She help me over come my fears. She was so supportive and relatable. The office was clean and the staff was caring. Thank you all for treating me with kindness and doing it with a sincere, genuine smile and not out of duty.

Dr. Shepherd and all the staff at the Kirby location are great! The office has a very easy comfortable atmosphere and made me feel right at home.

I’ve been with Castle Dental 3 years and decided to transfer to a closer location. Routined teeth cleaning and emergency treatment. Wait was much longer than usually (much rather reschedule if there isn’t enough staff available). The dental hygienist and the Patient Advocate, Rhonda, were so sweet and informative. Quan always communicates effectively regarding treatment plan(s)!

When I tell you that you will get taken care of, YOU WILL!!! From the ladies at the front desk to Dr Sheppard and her assistants, they provided SUPERB service. I had an emergency and received the BEST care I have EVER received from any dental office. They make you feel comfortable, go over your payment options and explain everything down from the treatment plan to the actual procedure. This Castle Dental location is A-1, Top Tier, the Best of the Best and I am appreciative of the care they provided.

Great visit as always, I was in and out in no time, and all the staff are fantastic and professional

I did not see the dentist. I was with the assistant and she did a perfect job

My visit was very thorough. Henrietta is the best of hygienist, Dr. Shepard was very helpful and Rhonda and Shonna were extremely nice and resourceful.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. A very happy place.

Overall acceptable care, but I waited 55 minutes between seeing the dentist and seeing the hygienist for an appointment I had made ahead of time. I don't think this reflects on the individuals working here, but rather on the general philosophy of the company of scheduling as many patients as possible without regard for the patient experience. This is also reflected in the many unnecessary services they try to sell.

I'm so happy I came to Castle Dentist The Dentist and the Dentist assistant was great and a friendly workers I will have a great smile because of the good service Thank you all❤️
