Dr. Shepherd and all the staff at the Kirby location are great! The office has a very easy comfortable atmosphere and made me feel right at home.

I am a new client. I was not able to make my first appointment due to the freeze that we had in Houston. I really appreciate Ms. Ronda calling me ahead of time to inform me that the dental office would be close. At my second appointment when I entered the building I was greeted with a smile. Ms. Oresha and Ms. Ronda were very polite. Dr. Harietta was so kind and funny. She help me over come my fears. She was so supportive and relatable. The office was clean and the staff was caring. Thank you all for treating me with kindness and doing it with a sincere, genuine smile and not out of duty. Coyla H.

Appointment was 10am but didn't get seen until 10:55am

The receptionists and hygienists are skilled and polite, but the wait times are consistently an hour or more, sometimes resulting only in a quick diagnosis that you need to make another appointment for a more expensive service. I dunno if it's this bad everywhere, but I'm going to go find out.

Great experience and very accommodating, with friendly smiles. I've been referring their location everytime somebody ask where I get my dental care.

I was referred as an emergency walk-in referral. Dr. Jindal was very helpful and proactive with my treatment. Mrs. Rhonda was very nice and thoughtful about my upcoming referral. Kudos to the staff.

The people were pleasant and they had my concerns and mine for all my dental needs they were respectful and knowledgeable staff

I called to make an appointment. I had to call back to give the insurance information. The day of my appointment I was told my insurance wasn’t on file and they attempted to call me. They had the wrong number in their system on top of me already giving them all of that information days prior when I booked my appointment. My appointment was set for 9:30am. I arrived here at 9:15am as instructed. I was called to the back at 11am. Unacceptable for the front desk staff. Once I got to the back Ms. Ronda and Ms. Henrietta were amazing! Very understanding and helpful. If I come back it will be because of these too amazing ladies!
