Listen Everyone, the dentist office is never the 1st place anyone wants to go. Actually not even the 2nd place you want to be. But I have to tell you the entire staff including dentist at this castle dental location on Main was phenomenal. They were proficient and kind. Walked me through every step, organized my treatment plan. Very transparent. Greeted me with smiles coming in and when leaving. The dental assistant was so helpful and friendly and took any worries and woes I may have been feeling completely away. The dentist Dr. Pham was so kind and I literally did not feel a single thing for my crown procedure and went back to work. Not to mention he did amazing work beautiful craftsmanship. 💜 They even did a follow up call to check if I was okay and if everything was in order for my next procedure. I just cannot say enough amazing things about their all around customer service. I know dentist offices can be scary. But If your contemplating, DONT. If your needing a great dentist with superb customer service from all around staff go here. You will not regret.

I really like going to this Castle location. The hygienist Lydia and the doctor is very good. My only problem is they change front desk staff too much , you don’t know who you’re gonna get or if they know exactly what they’re doing. I just think that when Staff stays longer when you come in, they can greet you and know you and your spouse that also comes it’s a good feeling. A different face real often makes you wonder about the company so I gave it four stars

I'm sorry if I have rate this place to five stars My question is does anybody know how much they charge for you or charge for somebody to get their teeth clean a deep cleaning I'm looking for a place under $1,000 maybe like a 100 something to 200 Because the other dentist that I used to go charge me like that $1,000 that is not good that's a no-no

That was recommended by my friends parents, and I’m really glad that I came. Service was on time doctor and staff was very thorough Explaining everything and I love that before leaving, I got a breakdown of my portion down to the T. Can’t wait to go back for the rest of my work

Always a good experience with the hygienist who does a very thorough job. Not happy about the new price schedule being used. Sure it is the home office.
