I went not knowing what’s to expect with the mixed reviews, my experience has been good so far. Veronica is awesome, goes above and beyond. The hygienist is friendly and kind, I hate that she is leaving. Everyone is very friendly here.
The front desk, side desk, and doctor were all great! The dental hygienist was very cool, professional, knowledgeable, and honest! Overall the experience was great, I gave four stars only because I was suppose to be there at 1:00 but it got pushed back to 3:00, very solid overall!

My husband and I have been patients here for about three years. Dr. Noufele is very thorough in explaining each step of any procedure or treatment option, which we truly appreciate. Tiffany, the hygienist, is pleasant, professional, and does a fabulous job. Veronica, the receptionist, always greets us by name and is respectful, organized, and efficient.
The only drawback is that appointments are rescheduled more often than we’d prefer..often at the last minute. This is sometimes due to changes in staff schedules, the doctor being unavailable/arriving late, or delays with the lab completing their work.
The Hygenist was perfection!! She made me feel at ease and always told me what was next. Went about what needed to be done, got it done and on to the next. Tiffany is the BEST!!

I was worried at first having to go to a corporate Dentist but the ladies at the front specially Veronica were so sweet and she walked me through the process and my fees. The Dentist was friendly and explained step by step what she was doing.

Despite the small hiccup Tiffany address the issue immediately. She was attentive, thorough, and detail oriented. Faye was extremely nice and knowledgeable with the questions I inquired about.

I highly recommend the Champions location! The entire staff is so welcoming, very thorough with the information and treatments! Veronica in the front desk is amazing! Such a sweetheart! Dental hygienist Tiffany Kopa aka heavenly hands! Is the best! Not only does she make you feel comfortable, she makes sure everything is completely clean, you don't feel any pain! Dr. Claudia Noufele helped me so much as well! I walked out with a brand new smile and more confidence! Thank you Castle Dental for making me feel like part of the family! You a have a loyal patient who is bringing all her family and friends here!

First time visiting/being seen here. Nice! Everyone was very kind, professional and personable. Ms. Veronica was patient and helpful with getting my insurance docs situated. Mrs. Tricia was also very kind and efficient in scheduling my follow up. The dental tech was quick and explained what she was doing. My dentist was informative, like she does this in her sleep, gentle and not to mention a beaut! Black/brown staff if it matters to you, as it does for me (representation, accuracy with my ethnicity and support).
10/10 happy with this location of Castle Dental, the staff and my new dentist Dr. Noufele!

The staff is great, my Dentist is great, Dr. Noufele, BUT the front desk needs HELP ANSWERING THE PHONE AND RETURNING CALLS!! THE DENTIST ARE WAY TOO BUSY AND NEED MORE DENTIST TO HELP WITH THE LONG WAIT TIMES WITH THE AMOUNT OF PATIENTS THEY HAVE!! This office is very busy and they need HELP!!! I would like to continue to come back in the future but because all the time I have spent sitting there waiting to see the dentist is ridiculous!! She is trying to see 3-4 patients at one time, one room to the next while she’s seeing me . It’s very inconvenient to the Dentist and the patients! And Veronica is great but she only has two hands and sometimes has to be in the back!! Please help them so I can continue going to this establishment!! Thank you!!
