All good things! Very much love the staff, all information was very detailed and not super overwhelming like other dentist visits i’ve had. Love it here so much! Will always be coming back!

Dr. Runnels and Shun are always so helpful and pleasant during every visit. However, the main issue is communication. It needs improvement, especially when making appointments, which is the most challenging task.

I had a great experience at this office. Dr. Bencosme was incredibly kind and professional, and her entire team was very welcoming. She took the time to explain the gum issues I was having and made sure I understood everything clearly. She also took photos and X-rays to carefully evaluate my condition and walked me through all the findings in detail. I really appreciated how attentive and patient she was while explaining every aspect of my oral health. I’m very happy with the service I received and felt well taken care of during my visit.

Great Dentists. ,but they are jus too slow. .everytime i go im in there at least 4 hrs. Fee other things I dislike ,but i won't go into detail jus yet

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service at Castle Dental – FM 1960, Houston, TX I had a great experience at Castle Dental & Orthodontics on 1960 in Houston for my teeth cleaning. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with all of my customer service needs. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The cleaning was thorough, and the team made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciate the high level of care and customer service they provide. I definitely recommend this location for anyone needing dental work or routine cleanings!

The entire staffing was amazing. They did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. And the cleaning I received has my smile a bit brighter.

I must say I have been to plenty of dentists but never have I been this satisfied, the ENTIRE staff was helpful and pleasant and I am glad I have found a dentistry that I can call home!

I went not knowing what’s to expect with the mixed reviews, my experience has been good so far. Veronica is awesome, goes above and beyond. The hygienist is friendly and kind, I hate that she is leaving. Everyone is very friendly here.

The front desk, side desk, and doctor were all great! The dental hygienist was very cool, professional, knowledgeable, and honest! Overall the experience was great, I gave four stars only because I was suppose to be there at 1:00 but it got pushed back to 3:00, very solid overall!

Is everything went as planned. I should have been coming here a long time ago. I won't be going anywhere else!

My husband and I have been patients here for about three years.
Dr. Noufele is very thorough in explaining each step of any procedure or treatment option, which we truly appreciate.
Tiffany, the hygienist, is pleasant, professional, and does a fabulous job.
Veronica, the receptionist, always greets us by name and is respectful, organized, and efficient. The only drawback is that appointments are rescheduled more often than we’d prefer..often at the last minute. This is sometimes due to changes in staff schedules, the doctor being unavailable/arriving late, or delays with the lab completing their work.

I was worried at first having to go to a corporate Dentist but the ladies at the front specially Veronica were so sweet and she walked me through the process and my fees. The Dentist was friendly and explained step by step what she was doing.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and have always gotten great customer service!
