Nicole understood what I needed and new exactly how to take care of my teeth. Nicole is very patient with the customers and take so much pride into her job. I think she deserves a raise. Friendly, amazing and very professional front desk staff 👏 👌. Being new and having the staff willingly explain everything when asked was really great. Dr Farmer also took his time to explain everything and keep asking if i was other during my procedure. His assistant was super caring and professional too.This made me very relaxed. My sister actually referred me and after the kind of service I received, I will not hesitate to refer others too.

Katrina , Karina and Dr. Noufele are the best dental team at Castle Dental!!! Katrina is truly the epitome of a heath care professional, she listen to my concerns and questions about my dental procedure and answered them with complete honesty and compassion. Karina is such a sweet person who is very compassionate and kind. She is truly a wonderful healthcare professional who knows her job and people. Dr. Noufele allowed me to be transparent, open and completely comfortable. I’m grateful for this amazing experience!!

Excellent customer service very satisfied thank you. I had an emergency appointment booked and was seen as scheduled; they were able to resolve the issue on the same day. The staff is always very friendly, kind, and professional been coming to this office for many years.

I am so happy with the service I received from Dr Farmer and Carina. Dr Farmer does excellent work and Carina made my visit tolerable since I’m not very fond of the dentist. My hygienist was also great. Just an all around satisfied patient. Thanks to the entire staff that took care of my dental health

Carina and Dr. Farmer have taken excellent care of me. I came in with 10/10 pain and now I am completely pain free. They even handled some emergency work that I needed, no problem.

Dr. Runnels and Shun are always so helpful and pleasant during every visit. However, the main issue is communication. It needs improvement, especially when making appointments, which is the most challenging task.

I had a great experience at this office. Dr. Bencosme was incredibly kind and professional, and her entire team was very welcoming. She took the time to explain the gum issues I was having and made sure I understood everything clearly. She also took photos and X-rays to carefully evaluate my condition and walked me through all the findings in detail. I really appreciated how attentive and patient she was while explaining every aspect of my oral health. I’m very happy with the service I received and felt well taken care of during my visit.

Great Dentists. ,but they are jus too slow. .everytime i go im in there at least 4 hrs. Fee other things I dislike ,but i won't go into detail jus yet
