I was extremely pleased with the care that I received at the Castle Dental office on North Shepherd. I had been ignoring my dental health for several years. I developed a toothache. I did not have an appointment but I did a walk in. I had not been to the office before but I had designated this office as my primary care dentist (PCD) on my AARP Delta Dental Insurance. From the time that I walked in, I received nothing but first class care from the office receptionists, the dental technician and the dentist. I received x-rays, an exam by the dentist, prescriptions for medications, and a treatment plan with a my next appointment to follow in 3 days. I was very impressed.

Dr. Shakibai was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. The entire staff was friendly, caring, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Dr. Shakibai and the team to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. They were also very helpful in answering all of my questions about my insurance, which I really appreciated. I usually don’t enjoy getting X-rays, but the process was surprisingly easy and comfortable here. Dr. Shakibai was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything about my teeth and the issues I was experiencing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and caring dental team!

I enjoyed my experience at Castle Dental. The staff was kind and welcoming and Dr. Shakibai was informative, patient and respectful. He wants the best for his patients and will do whatever he can to make sure they are taken cared of! Will definitely be back!

The staff if friendly and the Doctor does amazing work

Dr. Ali (I believe) took care of my crown replacement and relieved my worry about my others. I was happy with the service.

Very little discomfort. Reasonably priced in my opinion. It was emergency ish, so I didn’t shop but it was within my budget!

Update:Recently went In and a great experience with the new Dr Shakibai and staff.

The ladies at the front desk always greet us with smiling faces! Actually, each staff member always greets us with a smile and readily assists Mom getting in and out of the chair. She’s happy with her teeth cleaning outcome as well as I am. Mom is a very outgoing person and loves talking to people!!

Fantastic experience. Great staff. Everyone communicates everything clearly. Never felt out of the loop. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Ghandi and staff was very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about what I needed and how to handle the situation. I took my elderly aunt back to the office after having a tooth pulled several days ago. She has dementia and sometimes can be very nervous about medical procedures. Though my aunt said that the procedure went well and that she was not in pain, she insisted on going back to have her mouth looked at to be certain that she was ok. The staff is familiar with my aunt and treated her with empathy and kindness. They did everything possible to offer her reassurance and explain the after care procedures to her again. A special thank you to Ms. Candie. She was especially kind and helpful.
