I walk in to Castle Dental with a lot of pain, a crack tooth in a Friday morning and without an appointment. They treat me right away like I was a regular. Dr. Cruz, her assistant and all the staff treated me above and beyond. Thank you very much. Will schedule an appointment for future services.

I had a follow up cleaning on a deep cleaning that I had before…it was ok…

My wait was not long at all. Everyone was so very professional and caring. They made sure I was clear on what I needed and how to proceed. Of note, everything as far as costs were generated and given to me before I left. I would say their customer service was impeccable. I'd definitely recommend anyone to consider Castle Dental for their treatment.

You absolutely can NOT find a better Dental office or team ! Everyone there and I mean EVERYONE including the ladies at the front desk are amazing and really friendly! If you really fear going to the dentist like I did ; the team there will do whatever they can to calm you so you’re comfortable when they have to do the work you need done. They’ll answer any questions you may have without making you feel dumb or like you’re being a baby about it !!! Like I said this place is amazing! Don’t worry if you aren’t rockafella and don’t have the money for treatment like that they’ll create a fair affordable and workable treatment plan for you ! I mean it when I say Castle is definitely the best place to come for Dental work hands down !!!!!!!!!

I was impressed how they were very thorough in checking my physical health before any procedures were done. The Doctor was all in my mouth checking every crack and crevice. Thank you Castle Denistry., and Dr Cruz.

My dental hygienist always does a great job! My teeth feel very smooth and he is very easy-going. The dentist was friendly and seemed efficient.

The staff is always professional, understanding and great at what they do. I feel assured and at ease when visiting the office because they see you, your need and work to provide you with a plan, details and the outcome that’s best for you. I love that they show you cost, plan coverage and what you pay personally cause it’s an eye opener. I personally see where my money is going. I’m grateful for this facility and its amazing staff! They work hard and it shows.

Staff was very friendly and the lady who took my xrays was very patient with me since i have issues when it comes to getting films of my teeth.

I use to dread going to the dentist, but since they've changed systems and staff it is very pleasant. Dentist and hygienist are both nice and knowledgeable.

I normally have great and speedy service. I have had to deal with a very unprofessional tech named Brittany at the Killeen location. She is very rude and unable to control her emotions. Even gone as far as being very aggressive when adjusting my braces causing harm to my gums. She has tried on several occasions to argue with me after jumping from the pain and has gotten even more upset after my refusal to speak engage in a back and forth. I’ve had to explain to her on several different occasions that I would like not to have a conversation but to get my adjustment and leave the office and she’s stormed away offended while having me laid back for an extensive amount of time to get someone else all while being pregnant.

Other than dealing directly with her, I have had several positive interactions with the techs and love the environment. 💛
