Came in as a new patient. The office manager Mrs. Sharon was very welcoming and inviting, she set the tone to make the environment relaxing and calm. However Tee the Dental Assistant was amazing hands down. She eased my anxiety, she went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant. Thank you Castle Dental!

I’m always concerned when I need to get dental work done. One bad experience is all it takes to keep you away. During my first visit it was organized, clean and the employees were courteous. Ms. Tee immediately gave me good vibes and a smile telling me not to worry. She was excellent with her treatment. Dr. Murni immediately addressed all my concerns with a clinical and experience eye. During any long waits they advised me of what was happing. Then Ms. Sharon assisted me and provided such great dental coverage information I felt secure about my dental plan. Excellent care!

Tee was great, she made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything.

I just left this dental office and I had a really great experience. First, Sharon was amazing at helping with my check in and then helping explain my treatment plan with costs in great detail. She was patient and very thorough. Then, Tee was the dental assistant/hygienist that was amazing! She was very welcoming and while she was doing my X-rays, she even spotted things that no other dentist that I have been to prior, has spotted and told me. She was a great help with helping Dr. Murni in my treatment plan. Also, Dr. Murni was great. He walked in and just by glancing at my X-rays, he was able to diagnose things quickly before looking into my mouth. He was very honest with the issues I had and worked hard to refer me to the right people to fix my teeth. Also, he was very funny and comfortable to be around. Sharon and Tee felt like home. Talking and joking with them made the dental office feel like home and a good time, and made it less scary. Thank you guys!!!!

Sharon the office manager was great ! She went above and beyond to help me out. She went out her way to make sure I had the best experience and even went out of her way to make sure that I get the dental work I need the cheapest possible! The X-ray technician T was great as well!!! Thank you for everything!

It was a very pleasant visit. I learned things that I didn’t know the front receptionist and Ms. Sharon was very helpful to me I found out thing that I didn’t know and I never would have known if it wasn’t for the experience that they had and provided to me. My dentist is very professional and passionate to the work he does a good place to get dental work done if you need a dentist. 02/07/2024 it’s always a pleasant experience. But mostly the service I received from these people that work there is 5 stars and excellent. I really appreciate the new incoming dentist he was magnificent and he explains everything he’s going to do for you in your visit I recommend this place if you’re going to have dental work done. The staff and mainly the manager is awesome in the services she gives and she always come to check up on you while you’re in their care I have to say to this place all of you are amazing. Malaka did a real good job with my cleaning I didn't realize the teeth could be that white.

The service that was provided to my mom was exceptional. The dentist Dr. Musunuri was so patient with my mom. The staff Ms Mary, Ms. Sharon and Tee really spoiled my mom and took care of her as if she was their own mom. I thank you ladies for all that you done for my mom. CASTLE DENTAL ROCKS!!!!

My daughter was seen here for tooth pain. They were able to get her in on a Saturday which helped a lot! Mrs. Tee the assistant was so helpful and made getting my 10 year old x-rayed a breeze. The staff was very kind and the dentist made sure we understood what the problem was. We will definitely be returning!

I am so very thankful to Castle Dental - Killeen Texas. They literally fix my two front teeth- giving me my smile back for Christmas!!!! The dentist and dentist assistants there are so gentle and understanding. I feel valued as a patient. Thank you - Castle Dentist!!!

The service is excellent here! The treatment planner, Mary, is very organized. Ms. Sharon is always available whenever I need assistance. The Lead Dental Assistant Tee and Dr. Musunuri were very compassionate and patient as always.

Good overall experience.

My experience was wonderful when taking into consideration why I was there. The staff were great and the doctor was awesome and patient with me. I tend to have some serious anxiety the moment I step into a dental office but each person with this particular office helped to put me at ease. This was especially helpful as I was having a tooth removed. This experience was 1000 times better than my first tooth extraction experience several years ago. Much appreciation to everyone in the Killeen office!

Exceptional customer service, both Dr. Musunri and the dental assistant Tee took the time to explain every aspect of what they were doing as well as what we needed to do to keep my daughters teeth clean and health. I am very appreciative of the kindness and care they demonstrated. I would highly recommend them and the castle team to everyone I know.

My mom went to Castle Dental because she had questions about dental care. The Office Manager, Sharon, took the time to answer all her questions and make her feel at ease. Even though my mom isn't a patient yet, Sharon showed her care as if was and for that, I am very grateful!

Tee and Dr.Musunuri listen to what my issue was and immediately understood and fixed the problem right away. I was soo happy with the outcome. The staff here are amazing. Miss Tee stayed with me during a long visit today. She made sure I was ok at all times. She assisted the dentist and explained everything. I feel like I was given the best of care. The dentist was kind and managed any discomfort I was experiencing. Excellent experience at the Castle Dental Clinic on Trimmer Road. The staff very customer friendly and assisted me with Amy questions that I had. The dentist was great, explained everything he was doing throughout my procedure. Will definitely be going back there for any dental work I need.
