Everyone was very kind and helpful

The staff were very rushed and not courteous at all. I was struggling with health issues when I was told to hurry up. I told them I could not be fast so they needed to hurry me. I ended up walking out

I will definitely go here, again

Everyone was professional, attentive, and ready to help. Insurance benefits were explained clearly. Treatment plan was put into place and explained throughly. I was very pleased with my first visit and look forward to continuing my treatment plan with them.

Update 3/2025 — just wanted to put out here my appreciation for how accommodating and accessible everyone here is. I am very happy with my continued treatment and have recommended this practice to many friends and family now and will continue to do so. Thank you, Castle Dental!

The assistants and staff are great!

First visit was pleasant. The staff was timely, polite, and did a great job explaining everything. The office is nice and new. They did say I needed a deep cleaning, I read this a lot about these chain places BUT I will admit, its been SEVERAL years since I have been to the dentist. They did read off numbers while checking and I was 3 - 5 on most but I did have a 6.

Cleaning will be scheduled over a few more visits so hopefully the experience remains the same!

I feel confident with everything explained to me by the care team and have no complaints at this time

Edit 5/17: First portion of the deep clean was a positive one. Different dentist than before and was very personable. Did a great job. Next appointment in two weeks

Edit 6/5: Treatment finished! Everything went well and staff is super friendly and accommodating. Never had a long wait, office was always running on time or early. Everything was clearly described to me.

Edit 9/24: Still very happy with this practice. They seem to have some stability now in providers. I have seen the same hygienist twice now and I really like her, which is way different than a place like Aspen when it comes to chain dentistry. They have two new dentists, so no longer need the fill-in dentist from Chattanooga (don't get me wrong, I really liked Dr Detari). The hygienist takes her time and does an excellent job and explains everything well.

This place is awesome ! Sweetest kindest people I’ve ever had in a dentist office! My fear is off the charts but I can honestly say I know no longer have that fear! That whole office is amazing !!!

They are awesome at Castle Dental! First off, they gave me information to get very reasonably priced insurance, which saved me thousands. I usually have problems with getting numb, or having a black eye from injections. I also have “dancing” roots. I had absolutely no problems getting a severely broken tooth pulled at Castle Dental. I was numb with no additional injections needed, and they were able to pull the tooth, Roots and all with no problem! Many thanks to the caring staff And awesome dentist at Castle Dental. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work done.

I moved out of state & had only visited this office a couple of times in 2021 or over 3 years ago. I called to request XRays they had on file in 2024 & Ashley was so helpful searching thru multiple systems until she found my XRays & promptly forwarded to my new dentist within 24 hours. Excellent communication & super helpful despite not getting any future business from me due to my being out of state. Wish every doctor offices were so helpful & just absolutely wonderful. I also remember my appointments with them in 2021, they were all helpful & understanding. Answered all my questions or addressed any concerns I had.

I found that the staff was very helpful and caring. If I have known that Castle dental existed I would have never went to Aspen dental. They are such a rip off and try to get you a finance and it won't use all your insurance money ridiculous at Castle dental I have no out-of-pocket pays which is awesome.

The staff at Castle Dental in Knoxville are outstanding. My appointment was at 9:30 and was seen on time, Taylor got right to work pre-numbing the area that needed to be treated, Dr. Perry came in and finished the numbing process, and about 10 minutes later a tooth that I had been worrying about getting pulled came right out. And there was no yanking, twisting, or difficulty pulling it. It took the Dr about 5 seconds to reach up there with her pliers, grabbed the broke tooth and pulled it out. No pain, no wiggling, no nothing. She is an awesome doctor. Can't wait to go back for more work to be done.

Every single one of the people that work there are just wonderful and so helpful the Doctor was very helpful and because I needed special help with my Dentures she told me she wasn’t going to try and may not be able to get the results I needed so she recommended that I see a specialist, most people would have gone ahead and done it and would have told me that they tried but just couldn’t get them exactly what I wanted I really appreciate them being honest with me and I would recommend them to everyone and they are even trying to get me an appointment with the specialist that will be able to help me

I love this place everybody is super friendly and they treat you like family. I’ve only been one time and the minute I walked in I knew they were fabulous.

I had some dental work done here. The office was in a great location. It was modern a clean. The staff were friendly and professional. I ran into an emergency, more cosmetic than anything really, Ashley bent over backwards to help. She really came through clutch. My dentist was knowledgeable and professional. If going to a dentist office could ever be a great experience, this was it.

My dentist is better than yours. Dr. Tapuwa Chikowore is awesome! He suggested some work for me and I was very impressed and pleased from the results. The front desk is amazing as well. I can’t recall each name but super friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Dr Boling and his wife Debbie made my experience the best ever. I’m on vacation and had a dental emergency. Taylor and Liz got me in right away. If I didn’t live 7 hours away, this would be my dentist. I highly recommend them!
