I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dental Castle, and I want to specifically commend Brandy, the dental hygienist, for her exceptional service. Brandy was both professional and pleasant, making the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I also want to extend my thanks to the entire staff at Dental Castle for being so welcoming and kind.

I was visiting Austin and started getting some pain in my tooth, my friend recommended Dr Shreya and I’m so glad she did! Shreya was really great, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time and helped with my tooth pain, the best dentist I’ve ever gone to!

Everyone from the second I walked in was great! The front office staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Cindy is an angel! She made me feel comfortable and guided me through what to expect. Dr. Nair was both informative and honest about options for my treatment. Shame regarding my dental health has held me back for too long and the team here have made me feel worthy and less nervous about getting my smile back! I had a really bad experience with wisdom teeth surgery back in the day and it left me with a lot of anxiety towards getting anything done to my teeth. Mind you, I am a 37 year old woman and am pretty tough… except when I am sitting in the dentist’s office. Dr. Shreya Nair and the rest of the team at Castle Dental -Kyle healed my inner child a little bit. I needed to get a crown on a bad tooth and they sat with me through uncontrollable tears, made me laugh, made me feel comfortable enough to be able to go through with this procedure. I am so grateful for them. I would give 100 stars if I could.

I was very impressed with this office! Dr. Nair was extremely kind and patient. She put me at ease and was very thorough. She took her time in explaining all the procedures and it was very apparent she cared about her patients. The entire office staff made me feel welcome, especially the office manager and the dental assistant! This will definitely be my new dental office.

I rarely give five stars. No one is perfect. Ha. And I have not received my full quote for all the dental work I need yet but .. (haha) So far, cost is average. I have no Dental Insurance. The staff was awesome! Follow up calls, professional, inviting, nice, etc. I've seen some negative reviews. Most negative comes from expectations and perception. I experienced the exact opposite. Personable, informative, nice, knowledgeable. A+ I did have to pay a $79 exam and consultation. Many places give that for free. Not sure of differences. I didn't mind paying it. I'll pay for good service anyway. So far so good.

This is the second time I’ve been to this office and experienced a delay in care due to scheduling issues. The dentist who worked on my teeth was actively complaining of back pain to the hygienist while working on my teeth because she was being overworked that day. What should have been about a 30min visit based on my experience with other dental offices took almost an hour and a half.

Excellent customer service and care!

Brought my aunt for dental work, waited a little while. That is to be expected, I don't know why people complain about waiting. It is a dental office, things turn up unexpected with patients. I would rather wait, rather than the alternative of being kicked out because the next appointment is here. Staff and Dr. Orraca has always been very nice and understanding.
