Called to have a toothache checked out. they told me they would work me in and ended up only having to wait about 10 to 15 minutes. Found out my tooth was cracked into and they were able to extracted and build a bridge on that same day.Very nice front desk and Dr. Russo is very personable as well!

Dr. Mary Cacho Mohr is the most caring dentist I’ve ever known. She went above and beyond, checking on me for weeks just to make sure I was doing well. Her skill is incredible, but her compassion is what truly sets her apart. I’m deeply grateful for her kindness and dedication. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I have been going to this practice since 2023 when the older male dentist was in charge. At that time the experience was very… Old Magnolia, except for the delightful front desk ladies/assistants Tiffany, Pam, and Jackie. Makes sense that they stayed aboard under new management, they are talent you keep around. 5 stars!
Now in 2025, the new dentist Mary and the newly added hygienist, Sarah have truly elevated the experience. These ladies are knowledgeable, empathetic, and honestly just down right cool. You can tell a lot more thought and care goes into both the clinic itself and the patient treatment. The walls are newly painted where they were previously dirty, with accent walls that align the clinics aesthetic to more modern design trends.
I planned to stop coming here when my company dropped HMO coverage, but with this new team I will be a patient for years to come. Thank you ladies for making me LOVE coming to the dentist!

Great location adds value to clients
I was amazed by the professional way they talked to me and explained the procedure that can be done in two ways. Since I had a big tongue the implant procedure would be the better way to go, but only need the cost of doing the full arch in lower jaw.
The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative. She provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs! Would highly recommended to anyone!!!! Thank you

Five stars all day for Pamela and Dr.Mohr! The dental hygienist here is also incredible. She did a deep cleaning on me and it was pain free! This Castle Dental is a gem!
I could not have asked for a better experience. I had excellent dentists in Virginia and was concerned about finding a good dental practice here in Texas close to me. I pleasantly surprised to find a practice that met and possibly even exceeded my hopes. You could not ask for anything better.

Went in for a regular cleaning which went really well - no pain involved at all. Sara was new to me, she did her job very well and was nice like all the ladies in the front office. I have been using Castle Dental for many years- both for my son and myself. Castle Dental staff are very professional, friendly and genuine in their desire to help their patients. The staff greets you with a smile that says "How can I help"- this goes a long way with someone like me who used to be just a little "shy" about going to the dentist lol. They really made my teeth look great!!! The Magnolia office especially is filled with wonderful office staff and technicians who are always kind and considerate to their patients. The office manager at the Magnolia office is especially warm and welcoming- which sets the tone of the entire office and staff. I encourage everyone to stop by- it really is a great place to get your teeth done 😁

Yesterday was my third visit at Castle dental on Egypt 1488 every time I come there Pam gives me excellent service at the front desk very friendly. And Sarah the hygienist did a wonderful job. I will be returning in 6 months for another cleaning and I hope Pam will be at the front desk.
Castle Dental Magnolia is great! I was a new patient and chose them mostly because they were one of the few that accepted my insurance. I had an odd pain in one tooth and they gave me an appointment just a week later (the pain was infrequent and mild). Instead of enduring an expensive and complete xray of all my teeth, they only x-rayed right where the pain was. Dr Romeo promptly came in to review the x-ray and showed exactly what the problem was, showing me the nerve and how it was being affected by a gash on the front my tooth, caused by my brushing too hard. Dr Romeo told me exactly how he could fix it. Within 2 minutes they provided me the cost after insurance (very reasonable). Instead of having me come back in another visit he offered to fix it right then and there. Wow, what dentist ever does THAT nowadays! The procedure was quick and painless (no novocaine needed). He showed me 3 other teeth on the same side with the same problem and I had him fix those also. You can't even see where the gashes used to be. All covered mostly by insurance. My previous dentist told me those gashes were caused by grinding my teeth at night and I needed to wear a mouth guard every night. That ended up being the wrong diagnosis and Dr. Romeo's diagnosis was correct (and easily fixed)! And they do NOT push you to get teeth cleaning every 6 months either. Best dentist ever!!

Pam, I believe, really went out of her way to help me, super nice. Brittney, the x-ray technician, was awesome and helpful too.
