This visit was the best dental visit I've ever experienced. Pam and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Tiffany was so helpful explaining the pricing! Brittney was so patient with me during the xray process. Jackie and Dr. Moore were very comforting and explained everything in a way that was understandable. Best Dental Care I’ve had since moving to Montgomery County 12 years ago.
Other than the price which that’s not Castle Dental‘s fault, it was what I had to have done and then I was in severe pain the next day which the dentist said that I probably wouldn’t be in any pain, but other than that, the bedside manner was great. The office was clean. It didn’t take no time for me to be seen after I checked in. You don’t wanna see a photo of my mail

Excellent first visit! I needed a new dentist and picked Dr. Mohr for convenience. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. They quickly diagnosed my issue and had my work done for a crown—including the temporary crown—completed within 45 minutes. The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding.
Everyone was excellent and friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Mohr was kind and knowledgeable. She responded to all my questions and I felt she cared about my concerns.

I accidentally wrote the wrong treatment time on my calendar and arrived 15 minutes late. However, the staff was still able to fit me into the schedule. They were so nice, took care of my teeth, and helped me get a referral I needed.

The experience was fine, however we were not pleased with the pricing. In particular, that we had to pay for inhanced cosmetic on an up molar. It's not covered under insurance and isn't needed. Was told we had to for no reason other than the Dr. won't do it otherwise. $246. Dentistry is expensive enough without the extra expense
