The staff here is AMAZING. Super patient and kind! My daughter is special needs, & everyone is so accommodating.

I came into Castle and was in so much pain, turns out I needed more work done than I thought. I was pretty overwhelmed with how much it was going to end up costing, but the entire team was super helpful and understanding. I spoke with the manager and she helped me figure out financing and she could tell how anxious I was so she sat and talked me through it and even gave me a stress ball to squeeze. She called me the next day to check up on me and make sure everything was ok. I will definitely be coming back.

1st experience there and I had a great experience. The staff were so nice and inviting. They had such a positive atmosphere. Each of the staff smiled when they greet you. They all had beautiful smiles too. I would recommend anyone to go there. Not only are they nice and professional but they are efficient. They make your time important. I will definitely be back again. Especially the lady at the front she was so sweet and nice. Very happy client.

I have had a cleaning with e x-rays and went back for fillings . My experience was good. The staff was friendly and the procedures where affordable.

Staff is very friendly and the facility is clean and top notch. My only pet peeve is when I'm expected to make an appointment for a specific time and I arrive exactly on time, don't make me wait 30-45 minutes before you are ready to see me.

Very helpful staff. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and even helped on a Saturday when i had an emergency.

Castle Dental in Providence Marketplace is one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in my life. From the initial greeting from Shelby at the front desk to the dental hygienist taking my x-rays & the dentist performing my exam everything was PERFECT. Everyone was so pleasant, compassionate & knowledgeable. My first cleaning was performed by Lanier, Hygienist! She was so sweet. She handled my cleaning with ease, care and it was pain- free🙌🏾. She explained what she was using and why. I would give this office 100 ⭐️ but 5 is the highest rating. I’ll be recommending this office to anyone who asks about my beautiful smile. We just moved to the area and found Castle Dental in our Network of providers. We came in for our appointments and Shelby at the front desk was ready with our paperwork and very friendly! We were taken back shortly after finishing the paperwork and that woman was also very friendly. My daughters enjoyed Dr. Patel's jokes and conversation. He was very good with them and I liked that he frequently asked if they were doing ok during the cleanings. Overall we had a wonderful first experience and feel confident that we chose the perfect practice for our dental needs!

Anyone who has anything bad to say about this place has no sense of good judgement. Dr. Patel and his team are awesome. They have fun joke around and are very good at what they do. You have to check them out.
