Friendly staff, plenty of reminders, great service!

I’ve been with Castle dental for a few years now, but I only recently started coming to the Mount Juliet location. I absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing. From the front desk reps, the doctor & Emily who did my cleaning, everyone is so friendly and kind. It’s always a great experience. They always do an amazing job. I will always be using this location for future appointments.

I had an amazing experience at Castle Dental in Mt. Juliet, TN from the moment I walked in the energy was warm, professional, and welcoming. Shaina Moore runs the office flawlessly, Debria Tyler at the front desk is kind and efficient, Braydan Bron made me feel completely comfortable as a dental assistant, and Dr. Moore is truly top tier knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. An all women team doing exceptional work in a beautiful, well run dental facility hands down the best dental experience I’ve had.

A few days ago I came in to castle dental in Mt.juliet to get my teeth cleaned. I met miss Jazmyn and she is one of the best hygienist I’ve ever met, she is very kind she has a gentle touch and you can tell she is very passionate and loves her work thank you Jazmyn.

I was experiencing what may have been the worst pain of my life. I was skeptical setting an emergency appointment with an unfamiliar provider, however the team was friendly and extremely helpful from start to finish! Thanks for getting me through the weekend and relieving pain I never knew.

The team is so nice and friendly, it’s very welcoming. But most importantly Jasmine, she did my cleaning, and she was AAAMAZING! This is coming from someone that is terrified to go to the dentist. Definitely recommend this location! June 2025

The staff and Dentist were all very friendly and professional. Heather at the front desk was so kind and friendly and made me feel so welcome. It was a really good experience and I'm so glad I chose their location for my dental services.

I love the opportunity to select my doctors close by, especially when they prove their excellence time after time. Yesterday’s cleaning was performed by hygienist Jazmine, and she was not only thorough but gentle. Precessional yet open to my requests for information on further service, a visit made a pleasure. The location, the office personnel, the services offered - my choice for dentistry needs!

What an amazing dental office. I broke my front tooth yesterday. I panicked all night long because I was worried I wouldn't get an appointment until several weeks later. They worked me in ASAP The wonderful lady at the front counter with a beautiful short black hair was a godsend to me. Dr. Auric was so kind and gentle with me. I wish I could give this practice 10 stars.. Thank you so much for helping me.

Mt. Juliet team is AH - MAZING ! They are hard working and took good care of me from when I walked through the front door til I left. Ms. Heather Kristen, Yennifer, and Dr. Ferdowsi take pride in what they do and it shows.

Running behind schedule the day of my appointment, however, the service was exceptional. Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The dental assistants were very nice. The place is clean. And most importantly, the doctor made me very comfortable. He was knowledgeable and allowed me to tap out if I needed to during my procedure. I appreciate him for that as everyone is not as patient.
