I’ve been going to Castle dental for many years. Dr. Patel is wonderful! As an older person, many of us have been afraid of the dentist but he is great. There is no fear or stress. The staff is wonderful too! I just had my teeth cleaned last week, that was a great experience as well. 😁👍

I absolutely love this dentist! They are always efficient kind and professional. Dr. McKinnie is a great dentist and super nice and helpful. He explains everything to you and makes sure you get the best care. Kelly is super sweet and super helpful with getting payments set up and taking care of you. Monique always brings great energy and good vibes. You will definitely laugh and have a good visit with her. Overall I recommend anyone who needs to see a dentist to go to them. Infections, root canals and many other things they are great at handling it all professionally and kindly. They never make you feel bad for anything you may have going on. Great vibes all around!

Needed to get some teeth extracted at the request of my primary dentist. One was bothering me so bad I was in tears. Called every dentist around Fayetteville, TN (where I live) with no one being open or available until the 5th with no guarantee of an appt. Called Castle Dentist as a last hope and they were able to get me in same day. I only wanted one tooth extracted, however Dr. McKinnie told me the outcome of waiting to get the other one removed and suggested it’d be best to remove them both at the same time, I was hesitant at first but now it’s done, I’m so grateful he suggested it. Dr. McKinnie did awesome at making sure I was comfortable the entire time and offered extra numbing when needed. His nurse that was assisting was also an angel and held my hand the entire time and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Very pleased with my experience at Castle Dentist!! 🤍

I set an appointment for an extraction and was seen immediately the next day. The receptionist Kelly was amazing and attentive to my needs while competing check-in! She was also very knowledgeable on how I could make my treatment more affordable, resulting in me being enrolled in program that decreases costs! The Xray Tech Monique was very pleasant and swift with getting the images needed for the procedure as well! Lastly, Dr. McKinnie was the best! Even though I could tell he was having a busy morning, he still took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had! Minimal pain with the removal and it was over before I knew it! So, major shoutout to the Castle Dental team! Looking forward to seeing everyone my next visit 😬🦷🪥!

Honestly, the best experience I’ve had in my 36 years of life. I have experienced what a horrible dentist experience is. THIS IS FAR FROM HORRIBLE. Everyone is friendly, to each other and to their patients. They answered every question I had and even the ones I didn’t even think to ask. They were gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times. It was overall the best experience and they have taken the fear from going to the dentist to excited for my next visit!

Everyone is super nice. I absolutely have no problem with the way I was treated or the quality of care that I got. What made me leave a three star review is because I was quoted a price on the phone of $229 to extract a tooth with x-rays, but I ended up having to pay $403. I was told that they should never have quoted a price over the phone and it was the call center‘s fault. And maybe that’s true, but I came here specifically because of the price I was given.

We just moved to the Murfreesboro area and so glad we chose Castle Dental and Orthodontics. The staff here is very friendly and Dr. McKinney is excellent. I highly recommend. I’ve had tooth extractions at other dental offices and they have not been pleasant. Dr. McKinney’s extraction was quick and painless.

Everyone working here is very nice. They do all they can to help you. The dentist called to check on me a few different occasions. I had a crown, bridge, deep cleaning , and a few cavities.

Having had unpleasant experiences in the past at other dental offices, anxiety was high going in to have an extraction. From start to finish, the entire staff was courteous and professional. Robin assisted during the procedure and was excellent. Kept me at ease and was very reassuring. Dr McKinnie was great. The apprehension over the needle sticks for the local anesthetic was far greater than what was felt. So little discomfort compared to memory of past experiences. He completed the procedure with great efficiency.

I had have the best experiences at Castle Dental in Murfreesboro. They take the time to explain everything and are always warm and welcoming. I could go on and on, but I drive around over an hour for their services, so that should say quite a bit. I highly recommend Castle if you want a reassuring, personal experience when it matters. Their entire team is highly skilled in their trade and deliver a fantastic experience.

Went in for an emergency extraction and ended up billed for services I never asked for or received. Poor communication, rude staff, and zero accountability. Currently disputing charges and filing complaints with insurance and state dental board. And Queen Barrett no longer serves nor works with this office . I wonder why .
