I had a tooth pulled yesterday. What a awesome experience. Dr. Patel and the young lady who assisted were very kind and patient with me. I had a excellent Dentist in town for 27 years and he retired. I have found my new dental home.

Update 3/2024: Presently there is no hygienist Update 5/23: I am so pleased with my dental experience at Castle. I had a new hygienist and she did an exceptionally fantastic job.
My experience has been fantastic. I came as a result of a dentist messing up an extraction that exposed I have 3-root teeth. 2 surgeries later I was still in daily pain. The doctor obtained my x-rays and did the extraction. Jordan has maintained my teeth for 4 years beautifully. Dr. Patel said they have no cavities, no bacterial growths and are beautiful. Keep in mind I'm 67 years young.

I have an insane amount of dental anxiety, to the point I put off getting work done. I also couldn't afford what I needed, until I found this place. They offer in house financing that ensures anyone is approved.
Also Dr Patel is such an incredible dentist. He is patient, listened to my needs, and performed the work I needed while helping me through my anxiety. Leyla was my dental assistant and she made my experience so much easier too. She listened to my needs, treated me with kindness and respect, and comforted me when I needed it the most. I'm so beyond grateful for them.
EDIT: the front office staff is also so wonderful!! Kiki took wonderful care of me and even went above and beyond her job level to make my daughter more comfortable in the office. Which made the experience better for both of us.
I will never go to another dentists office again!

Staff is super nice😊. Zoe was so kind and very nice☺. I didnt get my teeth fixed on that day just Xrays. Maybe bc of my insurance company is so werid. Im not sure but they made me a appointment 2 weeks out for a deep cleaning. Still in a lot of pain. All they gave me was ibprofens and mouth wash ($23). I thought I would get antibiotics with the ibprofens bc I know its an infection in my teeth. But they were all so nice and they have fun at work. Not gonna give them a bad review just wish I could of gotten rid of the pain bc I had to go all weekend hurting. Funny thing I wasnt in pain when they were doing the xray but i explain how it comes and goes and now it constantly hurting. Gonna call them back today and hopefully they can get this fixed. But it probably not their fault it couldve been my insurance company the reason they didnt do anything but the Xrays.

It was easy no hassle I had insurance so it covered the cost but the assistances were very helpful and the Dentist was one to what you wanted and he made it easy. Did not have to wait on any visit. I highly recommend Castle Dental.

Great service on initial appointment for check-up and cleaning, friendly staff. Make sure you curve out time if they have back to back appointments.

My husband purchased their one smile insurance, had his exam, followed their “recommended” treatment plan. He was told for months they didn’t have anyone to clean his teeth. Finally he gets an appt for a cleaning (2 months out), left work early, gets there just to be told he doesn’t have an appt and they have a new system so it probably got “lost” in the system but they would work him in. HE DID NOT NEED ANOTHER EXAM, they proceeded to give him an exam and X-ray AGAIN, and then told him he needed all this extra work done, after he already had work done and his teeth were perfectly fine a few months back, they said they wouldn’t be doing a cleaning at this appt, he would need to schedule a cleaning appt, Like what?? That’s the only reason he had an appt and left work early was for HIS CLEANING APPT! This office is so unorganized.

All staff here is very friendly. Dr. Patel did a deep cleaning in two visits about a week apart plus a filling. I was well.pleased. He doesn't say alot...tends to focus on what he is doing. Which is good. I'm just used to a little more conversation with my dentist. Only thing I don't care for is how patients can look right in and see you in the chair and I had a young guy stand and stare. I wish it was a little more private. Bathroom needs to.be cleaned amd trash emptied daily...always trash full. Other than those two things, I felt well satisfied with the care I'm getting.

From the moment I entered the facility (warmly greeted by Elizabeth) and then every step of the way, I was put at ease. Dr. Rabi was very pleasant and explained several options to deal with my issue. I am glad I selected them for my treatment.

Front desk lady is excellent and very pleasant. Treats everyone with the upmost respect. All staff members are very nice and helpful. Dentist is very meticulous and through, Very nice person as well.

Staff is awesome! They had to reschedule me a couple of times but it was well worth it. The hygienist Tashay is amazing and the lady up front had me laughing the whole time I was there until I walked out the door.

Called me a day early and when I was running late they took care of me anyway! I am very greatful I was in a lot of pain and my teeth are not the easiest to remove!

I’ve been going to Castle dental for many years. Dr. Patel is wonderful! As an older person, many of us have been afraid of the dentist but he is great. There is no fear or stress. The staff is wonderful too! I just had my teeth cleaned last week, that was a great experience as well. 😁👍
