Excellent care!!!

I hate going to dentist BUT Dr Michael McKinnie was FANTASTIC! He was very fast, efficient and PAINLESS. The staff was great as well. I ended up getting two crowns for what I paid for 1 with my FORMER dentist. Total time spent was right at 2 hours including filling out new patient forms. Will be a return customer.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelly, the office manager, was so helpful and informative. She alleviated a lot of concerns and a misunderstanding I had with pricing. Overall, ended the call relieved and ready to take next steps.

I’m absolutely Terrified of the Dentist. I’m not good with pain at all! My wisdom tooth had been bothering me for about two days. I called and Thankfully they could get me in to have a look. As soon as I got in the Chair Dr. McKinnie said oh that’s gotta come out. So I said when do I need to come back. He was like now I can do it now! He numbed me up good and extracted my severely damaged tooth! I felt NOTHING at the time🙌🏾 I was out of there within an hour! My only complaint if it was one would be invest in something to squeeze for the numbing lol! Other than that 10/10 I highly recommend ☺️

Everyone at Castle Dental was very professional. The Dentist let me know about my treatment plan. He did not change the plan, that was given to me. I recommend other customers to them. 9-17-24 I visited Castle Dental again today. I was a little nervous, about the procedure I was receiving. The care from Doctor Patel and Queen put my mind at ease. They gave me the utmost care. I received great service. Queen is always humorous. She helped me, to relax with her great smile and demeanor. Thanks for the great care. 9-25-24, I visited Castle Dental again today. I was met by Wafaa, with a big smile. She came over to greet me. Wafaa is the Ortho Specialist and Management. She was very talkative and nice. Also, Queen talked to me about my plan. Queen meets all the people with a big smile, and a very good demeanor. She puts your nerves to ease. She talks to everyone, that enter the doors. And she makes them feel welcome, and not be afraid. Queen is a multiple person worker. She is the Jack of all trades. Way to go Queen! Oh, I can't forget Doctor Patel. He has gone above and beyond, making sure My treatment plan is excellent. He doesn't rush in and out. He lets you know what he is doing for my treatment plan to be perfected. Try Castle Dental 11-24-24, I visited Castle Dental again. I was nervous as usual. Sharonda and Queen put my mind at ease. Doctor Patel was awesome. I hardly felt the stick from the needle. Queen is remarkable. She greets everyone with a smile. He puts our mind at ease, when we have fear. Her demeanor never wavers. She is the same every time I visit there. Sharonda eases my nerves when we talk about God. That's wonderful for me. My nerves eases up. I recommend Castle dental to other people that need dental work. Wonderful atmosphere ☺️ 2-19-25 I had an appointment today. I didn't have the dentist I was use to seeing. He is no longer there. I saw a temporarily dentist name Dr. Holzer. I didn't like his attitude. He told me that as time goes on, I might have to have other things done, if I live long enough. Then he said, I'm not saying you gone die or anything. I told him everyone is going to die one-day. It's in God's timing not ours. Basically I wanted to say he might beat me to the grave first. I think he is prejudice. He didn't have the attitude of a professional. He said I might see 2 or more dentist before I see a permanent dentist. I look at like this. You work for us, because us, as patient's make sure you get paid through our insurance, that we pays for. You might make more money and have a better professional job. But, in God's eyes we are equal. He doesn't try to make things right. This profession is not for you. Queen and Sharonda are the best. if they ever leave. I'm out too 5-15-25 I had a great experience with meeting my New Dentist. I was a little nervous at first. Dr. McKinnie was very Professional and Polite. He did very well with my dental procedures. I didn't have that fear when he finished. Sharonda assisted Dr. McKinnie. She was magnificent. The only issue I had. It was with the receptionist Kelly. She is not a people person. She seemed unhappy about being there. Her attitude is not good for a business. It's not any enthusiasm like it was when I first went back to Castle Dental. Queen made everyone feel at ease with her great personality. She greeted us with a smile, and made our fear go away. Another thing. They need someone to clean the building. The last few times I went there. It was not any tissue, and the bathroom was not clean. Today had a little tissue. But it had paper on the floor. Thanks for the wonderful service I received today from Dr. McKinnie and Sharonda 😊 3-29-26 Dr. McKinnie was very nice and professional. He got right to the issues. He asked me if I was ok, during the procedure. The entire staff were professional. Everything went very well. No problem.

I’ve been going to Castle dental for many years. Dr. Patel is wonderful! As an older person, many of us have been afraid of the dentist but he is great. There is no fear or stress. The staff is wonderful too! I just had my teeth cleaned last week, that was a great experience as well. 😁👍

I absolutely love this dentist! They are always efficient kind and professional. Dr. McKinnie is a great dentist and super nice and helpful. He explains everything to you and makes sure you get the best care. Kelly is super sweet and super helpful with getting payments set up and taking care of you. Monique always brings great energy and good vibes. You will definitely laugh and have a good visit with her. Overall I recommend anyone who needs to see a dentist to go to them. Infections, root canals and many other things they are great at handling it all professionally and kindly. They never make you feel bad for anything you may have going on. Great vibes all around!

Needed to get some teeth extracted at the request of my primary dentist. One was bothering me so bad I was in tears. Called every dentist around Fayetteville, TN (where I live) with no one being open or available until the 5th with no guarantee of an appt. Called Castle Dentist as a last hope and they were able to get me in same day. I only wanted one tooth extracted, however Dr. McKinnie told me the outcome of waiting to get the other one removed and suggested it’d be best to remove them both at the same time, I was hesitant at first but now it’s done, I’m so grateful he suggested it. Dr. McKinnie did awesome at making sure I was comfortable the entire time and offered extra numbing when needed. His nurse that was assisting was also an angel and held my hand the entire time and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Very pleased with my experience at Castle Dentist!! 🤍

I set an appointment for an extraction and was seen immediately the next day. The receptionist Kelly was amazing and attentive to my needs while competing check-in! She was also very knowledgeable on how I could make my treatment more affordable, resulting in me being enrolled in program that decreases costs! The Xray Tech Monique was very pleasant and swift with getting the images needed for the procedure as well! Lastly, Dr. McKinnie was the best! Even though I could tell he was having a busy morning, he still took the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had! Minimal pain with the removal and it was over before I knew it! So, major shoutout to the Castle Dental team! Looking forward to seeing everyone my next visit 😬🦷🪥!

Honestly, the best experience I’ve had in my 36 years of life. I have experienced what a horrible dentist experience is. THIS IS FAR FROM HORRIBLE. Everyone is friendly, to each other and to their patients. They answered every question I had and even the ones I didn’t even think to ask. They were gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times. It was overall the best experience and they have taken the fear from going to the dentist to excited for my next visit!

Everyone is super nice. I absolutely have no problem with the way I was treated or the quality of care that I got. What made me leave a three star review is because I was quoted a price on the phone of $229 to extract a tooth with x-rays, but I ended up having to pay $403. I was told that they should never have quoted a price over the phone and it was the call center‘s fault. And maybe that’s true, but I came here specifically because of the price I was given.

We just moved to the Murfreesboro area and so glad we chose Castle Dental and Orthodontics. The staff here is very friendly and Dr. McKinney is excellent. I highly recommend. I’ve had tooth extractions at other dental offices and they have not been pleasant. Dr. McKinney’s extraction was quick and painless.

Everyone working here is very nice. They do all they can to help you. The dentist called to check on me a few different occasions. I had a crown, bridge, deep cleaning , and a few cavities.

Having had unpleasant experiences in the past at other dental offices, anxiety was high going in to have an extraction. From start to finish, the entire staff was courteous and professional. Robin assisted during the procedure and was excellent. Kept me at ease and was very reassuring. Dr McKinnie was great. The apprehension over the needle sticks for the local anesthetic was far greater than what was felt. So little discomfort compared to memory of past experiences. He completed the procedure with great efficiency.
