Everyone was decently pleasant. The office was clean and everyone was following covid protocols. The dental assistant was empathetic with the pain I was experiencing as I had a broken tooth. She was thorough with the x-rays and walking me through the details of the exam. I spent more time with her than the hygienist and the doctor, but they were also sufficiently busy. I wish I remembered her name to give her a mention because she really helped make the experience pleasant and stress free. I met with the office manager to set up financing and schedule time for fixing my issues. She was very helpful walking me through their brand specific discount program, One Smile, which after calculating my own numbers would have saved me $1800 for everything I need done and for only paying a $79 premium for the whole year! I was approved for an awesome amount of financing through their office, which more than covered all the work I need. The only downside was they were booked up for two weeks, but at least that means people actually trust them enough to book an appointment and come back. She then reassured me if there were any cancellations, which occasionally happens, they would give me a call to fit me in sooner. I did receive a call the next day for an opening later in the week but I got in even sooner with another office as my broken tooth was at risk for infection. I’ll have these folks in mind for any other upcoming issues and would encourage you, dear reader, to go ahead and book that appointment because they are going to take care of you to the best of their abilities!
