Love this dentist office.

My son and I had appointments back to back at Castle Dental. The front receptionist was very informative with all of our information. The dental assistant did an amazing job explaining step by step what she was doing next. The dentist was very open and honest not to mention friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with my experience overall. It did take long for my surgery to occur but they explained the reason due to some difficulty with other dental surgeries. I was able to leave to run some errands and then come back. The ladies at the front were very kind and pleasant. I really like Dr. Jafarian. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me in such a professional manner. His dental assistant Raven was also very kind. Even though there was an issue getting my meds, the after hours team called my sister back in time for it to be processed and picked up. I was initially nervous but the professionalism and kindness of everyone made the experience so much better.

I lucked up and found this dental office because of looking for one closer to my residency and in the network of my dental insurance. I was blessed to find this one to be just as top notch and professional as the previous one I utilized. It's extremely friendly front office staff of people makes it comfortable and each experience there very pleasant. They are very thorough in explaining each procedure and the detail of the cost before each procedure is performed. Doctor Graham-my dentist and hygenist Cynthia( the person who does my teeth cleaning and maintenance) are both excellent for me and I've Never met two more caring and attentive to detail people before. Makia (excuse the spelling) Dr. Graham's assistant is one of the friendliest and patient people I've ever met. I truly lucked up and feel blessed to have found such a awesome group of people working to give me the best dental care I need. My sincere Thanks and I'm happy to give them my highest rating & review 👍🏾

Between the phone and people waiting she never stopped being patient and polite and handled the pressure with the highest level of professionalism I've seen at any office in years. Dentist and hygienist were also polite and friendly. Overall a great office!

Because of my past experience at a different location I was considering finding a different dental office to go to. But after my experience at the Antioch office I’ve decided to use this location instead due to their competence and a much better customer service experience!!

I had such a great experience at this office! I went in for a cleaning and Cindy the hygienist did an amazing job. She cleaned my teeth so thoroughly and gently that I honestly wouldn’t want anyone else to do it but her. She’s truly an excellent HYG and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Dr. Graham was professional and reassuring, and Mikia the assistant was so kind and helpful. The front desk manager and team were welcoming and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. I’m so happy I found this office and highly recommend them!

I had an emergency dental situation last week and had a visit here for the first time and was beyond impressed! Every single person I interacted with was professional, gentle, friendly, and really seemed to want to help in whatever way they could. Moira and Mikeya were two I interacted with most and they were both so lovely and helpful the entire time. They treated my situation with respect and dignity as well as helped me create a game plan for my dental future. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

Great atmosphere, great service and great place for dental care.

I was not able to have dental work done because I needed to be referred to an oral surgeon. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, as my insurance is not taken at many places. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciate that. Got my tooth pulled today, and it was covered by my insurance. Fantastic experience.

I absolutely love the Antioch Tennessee location. The service is top tier. The office managers are always friendly and knowledgeable. The office manager Watful.. I’m not sure if I spelled her name correctly lol.. but she is the best person with customer service. The dentists are great as well professional and friendly. Thank God for my new orthodontist. Lydia Lancaster she was so understanding and helpful concerning my treatments that weren’t right and was willing to make sure that I had the right treatment for what I paid for. I really appreciate that kinda of service. I was very frustrated with how I was treated as a patient at the Murfressboro the office managers were horrible bad attitudes never helpful smh.. That office needs revamping I would never refer anyone to the Murfreesboro office. I had a terrible experience. I will never return. Or refer anyone to that office. Do yourself a favor and go to the Antioch Location.

Very courteous & friendly personnel. A very clean environment. Everything is sanitized. Dentist is nice and friendly. I really like it.

I wanna start by saying that I’m absolutely scared of the dentist, which is why I put off going for so long. Ended up, waiting too long and needed a tooth extraction. Luckily, it was in the back. Everyone created such a warm and welcoming environment that it made it easy for me to relax. Or maybe that was the Ativan lol probably a combination both. The only thing I have to say that isn’t positive is that I did not realize it would be as much as it was. I know they went over it all with me before hand but when you’re in a situation like that, it’s hard to even think and I don’t do math very well. I probably paid about $200 more than I thought. However, coming here was well worth it and I will be going back for more work. The ladies at the front desk were all warm and welcoming. The doctor and then the oral surgeon I met with two days apart were both great. The dentist talked me through the whole Which actually helped a lot. They were very good with that. He also gave me a little discount on something I had to decline because it was just so expensive I’m usually the giver and have never had that done back. That alone made my day and is why I will keep him my dentist. Luckily, I qualified for some financing once I open a normal bank account. Then I can’t wait to go back and get everything else done. I mean, I can wait but it’s stuff that I don’t wanna let get to this point ever again. I highly recommend this place the entire staff. Is nothing but kind and accommodating. Samantha P

The Antioch staff has been personable, professional, caring, and super helpful! Thank you! (2023?) Update 10-6-2025 This has been a rough few weeks. Lesson #1 don’t move away and let 2 years go by without an appointment with Dr Graham and his wonderful staff! You and your teeth will pay the price. #2 You won’t find a better staff. Last year my then 79 yo husband went to local hospital where we saw one doctor who did not put any type monitor on him or do tests. (My husband had severe GI bleed plus h/o severe CHF and pacemaker insertion.) We went home that night for 2-3 hours until I had to call ambulance (transport to better hospital). Getting on gurney he turned white, eyes rolled back… you get the picture. SO WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH CASTLE DENTAL? Yesterday my 80 yo husband had a complicated tooth extraction. Dr John put him on oxygen plus blood pressure cuff and monitor! He frequently asked how he was doing (Dr Graham does that too!) I am a retired nurse and was in tears when I learned about the superb care given my husband ….FAR better than local ER! Dr John’s excellent care duplicates Dr Graham and the entire team at Castle Dental on Murfreesboro Rd, Antioch/Nashville (Mora, Wafaa, Cindy… I hate to leave out others). “Thank you” does not express the depth of our gratitude❣️

Dr. Graham and the staff in Antioch are very nice folks and he and his dental assistant treat people with care and compassion. I would give them 5 stars if I understood their billing statements.
