This is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever visited. The service is beyond amazing. They give you back confidence, your smile and so much laughter. The front office service is where it starts, the hygienist and X-ray techs rooms is where it the develops. By the time you leave either dental or orthodontic rooms you are now family! This is WOW service! Affordable care, very informative and excellent service!

My two favorite front desk people always make my experience enjoyable and they actually remember me every time I come. My hygienist on the left side is also a pleasure every time and always plays some good jams while she’s doing my cleaning!

I had avoided the dentist for 2+ years due to my anxiety, thus resulting in SEVERAL cavities. Mr. Dr. Dentist Sir Townes has been phenomenal. He is patient, kind and explains things in depth if I need to be reassured. He caters to my adverse reaction to Epi and is able to give me a different numbing shot, despite it not lasting as long and needing several shots to last me through my procedures. He is very thorough and makes sure to give me (and my teeth) the best care around. The hygienist is the sweetest and most patient hygienist I have ever met. She always makes sure to ask how I’m doing during my procedures and reassures me that I’m the best patient ever (even though I truly don’t think I am) and she is very patient while cleaning my teeth and gives me breaks whenever I need them and is never irritated or rushed. The entire office from the front desk ladies to the dental assistants are so nice and welcoming. I have never been to a dentist office where as soon as I walk in, I feel welcomed and like family. I HIGHLY recommend this office/team for all of your dental care!

The first thing I noticed was how immaculately clean the office is. The front desk staff is super friendly and then the Doctor is very kind and seems to know his way around a mouth. I believe Dr. Townes to be very thourough and extremely proffessional. I have at long last found a keeper. He is a young man and I am old(er) so maybe I won’t ever have to break another Dentist in:) Give this place a try!
