Love this Dental office specially Dr Eakin, Only suggestion i have is for the assistant not to answer her cell when you have a patient been treated, is no only unprofessional but very poor patient care.

Very good pain management and friendly helpful people. The girls at front counter, Kim and Wendy handling Ins, and Misti Tx cooed are amazing and always in good spirits. And your in very good hands with Dr Eakin. Totally recommend Castle Dental Pasadena Spencer Hwy.

Friendly folks.

Dr. Abegail was very friendly she is an amazing hygienist was able to go over everything with me and gave me a better understanding about hygiene. Ms. Misty the Treatment Coordinator was very helpful, polite and entertaining. I will continue doing my dental work with Castle Dental in Pasadena

Awesome Staff . Great Doctor

Great dentist and great staff. My crow came off and needed to reattached. They saw me the day I phoned and gave me the same excellent care. I also like the fact that I am greeted by name when I enter the office.

Charges were automatically posted without listing optional items; had to speak with dental hygienist. Visit was much more expensive then past visits. Not a great visit.

My dental visit went smooth. everyone was helpful and kind. Dr. Jeffrey Eakin is just amazing, he did an awesome job on the root canal. I didn’t even felt nothing afterward no pain thank you Jesus. !

Had an emergency, got in the same day, tooth extracted and walked out in one hour 15 mins. Dentist was absolutely amazing and the lady assisting him was so ki d and gentle. The place was clean and all around a 10/10. Loved this place and the wonderful people working there!

Everyone there are really nice and very helpful. Love that they can set you up on a plan. Get things taken care of. Dr. Eakin is wonderful.

I had two front crowns put in by Dr. Akin but I kept going back with issues with one, turned out after 6 weeks confused about sensitivity and giving my teeth a couple of weeks to see if they would heal, I went back told him I need a root canal. He was quick and thorough. I honestly don’t think he cares about ratings because he knows he’s that good! Staff is friendly.

I am a long-time patient. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff, very clean environment, and love Dr. Jeff.

They were short handed that day but they pulled together and did a good job!

Front desk always helpful so far. Dr Thurston is a very good dentist. I gave 4☆ because I was a little put off by impression goo being left on my face. I didn't realize it and would have appreciated being told.

I love Castle Dental. Been going there for yrs now. They treat you like family, they take good care of their patients. Good at what they do. Make sure, you leave happy.

The doctor super nice. The nurse who help the dr is the best she help me today saturday with a retainer. I forgot her name but she knows who is.

Dr. Eakins and Ms. Margie have been taking care of my dental needs for years. I can't recommend Castle Dental any more than 5 stars. I travel 1 hour each way because their service is so excellent.

Everybody was very nice and professional.

The people there were SO kind to me being that it was my first oral surgery. They understood my fears and assured me that everything was going to be okay. They were very gentle with me. I was able to put my fears aside and trust them. Dr. was very efficient and knowledgeable.

I'm not gonna lie. I hate the dentist, but when I go to Castle Dentist I feel very comfortable with the doctors and the nurses, plus you're always greeted when you walk in the door..

They were busy the day I was there but after they called me in, their staff was courteous and listened to any concerns I had.

Every single employee (and Dr Eakin) are so friendly, understanding, and Dr is very cool and thorough. Great music over the P.A. to listen to while relaxing.
