No waiting, everyone was professional and explained everything very clearly to me. I was having to have a deep clean and was a bit nervous about it. The Hygienist was very patient and explained every step and after care to me, answering all questions and concerns to me. In the end, it was quick and painless. This entire staff at this Pasadena location are always cheerful and welcoming.

I cringe when I think about going to the dentist. Everyone at Castle Dental makes me feel safe and comfortable. They are all always so friendly and it amazes me how they remember everyone's name. Dr. McClure is the best because he listens to my concerns and goes over and beyond to make sure I am comfortable before he even begins with the procedures. I have autoimmune and am allergic to alot of medications. Dr. McClure makes sure I feel safe with the different pain medications I have to use. Everyone makes you feel like family.

Every time that I have a appointment scheduled at castle dental walking through the door starting with the ladies at front desk to the doctors and staff are always in helpful spirits and make sure you are comfortable for the time that you are in the office getting seen by the doctors also the ladies in the always make sure you had a good visit by asking and make sure you get scheduled for your next visit before leaving. I have brace's and not one time have I had a issue going through the process of having the braces thank you castle dental
This team is hands down THE best. I live about 15 miles away and there are plenty of other places I can go but I can’t imagine going anywhere but the Castle on Fairmont because of the people. Recently a front tooth broke off at the gum line. They got me in within hours and ended up doing an implant THAT DAY! They have always taken good care of my entire family. So thankful for this team.
