The staff and assistants are very nice at Castle Dental. I've been to many castle dentals before, and this location is by far, the best one i've been to. they were able to squeeze me in yesterday for an emergency procedure, at 4pm (the office closes at 5pm), they worked with me and kept me calm through my procedure. Dr. Craig Mcclure is the BEST!

I was my first visit to the dentist since COVID. I loved seeing my favorite receptionists again. They are always a blessing to talk to. My dentist, Dr McClure, did an excellent job. He didn't hurry me through the exam, but spent the time to address all my concerns. All in all, a pleasurable trip to the dentist- how often can you say that!
This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The provider McClure was kind, gentle, professional, explained my options and presented a plan. There are more expensive options he could have pushed for but he didn’t. I was reluctant to go to “chain” place but this experience was wonderful!!!!! At check out I was presented with the cost for my plan, all the charges explained and was told I can have the procedures done at my own pace with respect to the cost. I would not hesitate for a second to go back and will certainly refer anyone to him. Thank you Dr McClure and all the staff!!!!! ❤️

My experience was a great one. From the staff to dentist. They were kind enough to get me an an appt asap and also worked me in the same day of my appt to do my root canal. I was already nervous going to the dentist but Dr. McClure was awesome he told me everything he was doing during my procedure and it was painless. My experience with orthodontist and staff was GREAT!. MY PREVIOUS experience with another orthodontist was very so painful and was left disfigured for a couple of months. I had not return to visit ANY Dentist for over 15 years. Castle staff had handle me very well. Eased my fears. Dr Eseonu reassured me over and over he will not hurt me. And I will be well monitored. DR Eseonu kept his word. He even took the time later that evening to call me at home, to check on me ask how was I doing. And If I had any concerns. Great follow up. Dr. McClure is calm and made me feel calm. He let me see my Xrays so I was able to see that the implant was perfectly straight in the bone. Shaun at the front desk is awesome! So personable. I love her. Yentel is also helpful and professional.

Today I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Magallanes. Such a great doctor, I felt zero pain and he made sure of it. I was 100% comfortable with the help of his dental assistant Angelica. Knowing that I’m pregnant they made sure I was in good hands. Over all best dental office I’ve ever been to that’s for sure.

Wow! Amazing customer service. I had a freak accident happen to my tooth and I got referred to the endodontist. She and her team were amazing! Such nice, sweet people helping me. Kandie was great at keeping contact with me after my surgery and checking on me! It was truly amazing. Never had such great, caring people helping me through something. I had to go around 5-6 times within a 2 month period and they were always so kind. 100% recommend!

This is my first visit to Castle Dental. I had an unusual problem with an implant. The Dental Assistant and Dentist worked with me to identify the options for repair and started the process immediately. The staff at the front desk were very professional and accommodating.

In the 90's it was known that Castle dental had a bad reputation. However, a few years ago one of my friends told me about this location here in Pasadena. I decided to give it a try and I can honestly say that I have been treated like a queen by everyone there. I have been extremely happy with all the dental work done. I just got this flipper/ partial for one tooth that had to be extracted. I just got it yesterday and it fits perfect. I was able to eat a couple of hours later and this morning also, so comfortable and pain free.
We have been coming to this office for close to 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Their front desk staff makes you feel welcome and takes care of any issue you have. We have used both the orthodontist and dental sides and have been pleased with both.

I switch dentist from Mosiac to Castle Dental 🦷 today . One it was 300 cheaper and Dr.Puri was amazing saint 😇 I’m fearful and scared of needles. I had neglected to come for fear of pain. The entire staff was helpful and kind . I didn’t have to use laughing gas at all. I was not once in pain . I was kept calm. They provide me with headphones thank you Mary.🙏☺️ Mary the assistant was the best assistant the ladies upfront were the kindest and most thoughtful. I’m not one to give out compliments easily. Been going here since February of 2019. They do outstanding work. I had my wisdom tooth pulled. The doctor was very informative and caring, and was excellent with the procedure. Cindy, is wonderful. Giving demonstrations on brushing, flossing, and how to properly care for your teeth. The ladies at the front desk are always polite and able to answer any questions.

I'm someone without insurance, with a really bad set of teeth due to a childhood of never being taken to a dentist, but they've been extremely helpful in every way in terms of financing, as well as being overall friendly and welcoming After being pretty badly taken advantage of by other dentists I've visited over the past year, it's really nice to finally find an office run by people that really care about the patient, and not just nickel and diming them, they've been extremely accommodating and understanding and I'm really grateful. It almost feels too good to be true sometimes.

I dread the dentist. I came to this location when I was a teenager and I decided to come back purely due to two specific wonderful ladies, Shauna and Lyell. (Could be spelling her name completely wrong, sorry) but I remembered them and that alone was enough to get me to call to make an appointment. I was so happy when I arrived to see they were still working there! They are super friendly with ALL the patients and are very welcoming. Roxana was the DA and she was so wonderful. Cindy did my deep cleaning and I have to say, she made the process very very comforting. She was very sweet. I’m very impressed with the consistency of this location. I’ll never go to another office.

Today I had a dental appt and let me tell you my experience today was the best dental experience I ever had. The staff at the front was very professional and made me feel welcome. The dental assistance knows how to take xrays, she took 19 and not 1 bothered me. 12/11/2017 I was scared at first because I thought that the needle during the numbing process was going to hurt but it actually wasn’t that bad and they were patient with me , umm didn’t really feel much but pressure and the drill but over all it was quick .. Visiting Castle Dental is always a pleasure , the staff are always nice and very friendly . The two ladies in the front desk always greet everyone with a smile and by there names, which means a lot . I would recommend Castle Dental ,😘

The office staff is very friendly and personable. I got to know them because my twin boys had a lot of cavities. The dental assistants were very helpful and made efforts to insure my boys were cared for psychologically because they were nervous. We will be using this office again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful beginning from the moment I called in to schedule my appointment. The receptionist (I believe her name was Yantl) was very friendly and lively and went over what my insurance covered and pricing for my current and potential future visits. My cleaning also went well and the hygienist Cindy explained what she was doing before and as she did the cleaning. Only complaint I guess is that this is the first dentist office I've gone to that doesn't do the X-rays, check up exam, and cleaning on the same day so I had to go to the office to finish everything on separate days. I don't know if other places are like this, but it was a first for me. I would have preferred to get everything done in one day but oh well. The experience was still very positive because of the great staff so I will still recommend this office :)

I have been a patient at Castle Dental Fairmont for many years. I have been seen by different doctors and different hygienists. Along with the staff, they are all very professional. I would highlight Dr. Nicole Thomson. She is very friendly, competent and quick. The ladies on the front desk are wonderful.
