I was impressed with the equipment they have at the O'Connor Drive office - the hygienist's computer was fast and responsive, bitewing x-rays are taken with a handheld device that doesn't require a lead apron, the ceiling lights are less piercingly fluorescent. Dr. Acosta is very friendly and answered my questions thoughtfully.

Courteous and caring, professional staff. Especially competent dentists.

Both my dental hygienist and the dentist were so charismatic and informative. I felt very welcomed and really enjoyed my visit! Coming from traumatic dental experience to now looking forward to my next visit with them!

Starting with my arrival and ending with my departure Jen and Veronica at the front desk always exude such warmth, kindness and caring! All of the doctors, assistants and hygienists are really friendly, gentle and competent. The best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Randy was terrific and did a stellar job. The young and beautiful dentist Mrs Costa was supremely superb and totally professional. Beyond that I found out she was from a very small town in West Texas and her demeanor was so kind and genuine I was a little overwhelmed by the young lady. Better get over here as fast as you can if you have dental care needs.Thats my recommendation😀

I wish I knew the name of the dental hygienist I have seen there for 4 years. She was working on 12/18 /25 in the afternoon. Broke a tooth and was extremely anxious. Her disposition and calming influence was remarkable. She has a great “chair-side” manner. I’ll learn her name on January 8.

Staff was professional, friendly, and fast. Was careful to not cause pain. They worked well with my insurance and work with me on reasonable timing so I can pay and still get the dental work I need accomplished.

HAVING FUN AT THE DENTISTS’?! Yup. Just went in for a check up and routine cleaning. The Front Desk was super friendly. Then, the dental hygienist, Jordan, was so much FUN! She was also really good! I got a pillow for my back and a cozy blanket. She also put Vaseline on my lips to keep them hydrated during the cleaning. She even did extra steps to make sure I wouldn’t have “grainy mouth” after my treatment. It was a surprisingly delightful experience and I’m so happy to have a dental office that I can look forward to, versus dreading! LOL

I went in for an exam but I was a few minutes late. They didn’t make a big deal about it which was great. The ladies at the front were both amazing and I literally nothing bad to say about the doctor and hygienist that helped me today. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience.

Front start to the end of my very first visit, it was great! Very informative from the Receptionist to the Personnel performing my care. It was my first visit, I received a full consultation along with visions. Everyone was so knowledgeable, very caring and reassuring, as well. This is a new dental office for me. The staff was kind & courteous. It has been a couple of between cleanings. There wasn’t any shaming in that. They extracted recently chipped tooth with great care & no pain during the procedure. The after care instructions were given to me in writing - very clear & easy to understand instructions. I’ve never had a tooth extracted before & they knew how nervous I was & took great care in calming my concerns. I’m very happy to have a new reliable dentist..great service & extraordinary care

Dr. Ferrell, periodontist, was so wonderful. She was patient with me & calmed my nerves & anxiousness before & during my procedure. Dental work can be very scary and overwhelming, and I’m grateful to have someone like her who made me feel at ease
