Dentists in Round Rock, TX

I was calling around Georgetown to see if somebody could fit me in before July 4 weekend for a broken tooth. These days all dentists seem to be trying to upsell so I was getting annoyed. The Castle staff was on it - They got me a same day appointment in Round Rock and figured out a way to use my out of state insurance so it was covered. Folks, I didn’t make it easy - yet they remained professional, competent and kind. I have to change dentists next year and I will use them again.

Scheduling was easy- availability was great, front office staff was patient and very helpful when I had issues with insurance transferring, the assistant and provider were friendly and knowledgeable and mindful of if I felt pain- I hate the dentist but they made it a great experience

I was really impressed with the dental assistance that they had helping the day that I went for my visit she was from the Killeen Texas office, her boss was on maternity leave. She was very helpful in explaining to me exactly what I needed to do as far as my plan for my teeth.

I like this castle dental because it’s better than the other one because every time I go it’s the staff they are not taking any of my phone calls when I make an appointment and sometimes they are not in the office and the dental assistant are walking around and not being with patients in the exam room and they have their radio and it’s loud and I feel bad because I need a dental crown and dental filling and so I’m not done and I can’t believe that they left me like this and so I like this castle dental because the place is clean and there’s nobody walking around and being distracted and so I always get “call you” to remind you your appointment and this castle dental isn’t doing the same and so this one is like on track and so it seems I’m gonna be at this one because what I want is to be kept up to date and not suffer and I don’t like asking questions about on how I got that many dental crowns because when I was with this castle dental a lady wanted to know the full story on how I got them and I told her it was due to poor oral health and check up and so I like this one because it’s quiet and so I’m giving them a 5 star because they are gonna keep track and updated when it’s time for my scheduled appointments with them and so I wanted something where it’s not distracting and not ignoring my phone calls and so what I’m looking for is to take my phone calls and make appointments and leave messages and ask questions on what kind of dental procedure needs to be done and keep me updated and so I like this castle dental at this location and so it looks like im gonna be going to this one from now on. because the other one is like no help and I don’t like to be ignored and so I’m gonna go to this one from now on.

The staff and the Dentist Sirjana Sapkota, DMD are all very compassionate and very helpful. I had my partial break, and some other extensive work to be done. And speaking with the Dentist we made a plan. Took my insurance. And the process was seamless. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Everyone from the receptionist to the dental surgeon made my experience at Castle Dental fantastic! I was having a wisdom tooth removed, so it wasn't the most fun of procedures. The dental surgeon was amazing and explained every step of the way prior to the procedure being performed. I would highly recommend Castle dental to anyone!

Everyone was very helpful and happy I'm very happy that I decided to go with Castle Dental again.

Today my mom had an appointment at 2:00. We arrived about 1:45 but she didn’t get seen until about 3:00 because they were running behind. The lady at the front desk was reassuring us that we would get scene soon but they were running behind. We totally understood. During the 2 hours that waited I heard several conversation on the phone and in person that these ladies encountered and they responded back with the upmost patience even though the other person was not being so nice. I applaud them for there wonderful customer service skills and Randy went above and beyond to make my moms cleaning extra special. Kudos Castle Dental and staff for all the great work today!

On my arrival at the clinic yesterday, I told the lady at the front desk, am sorry am late for the appointment. What time is your appointment, she asked? I responded 2:00 pm, terrible traffic on Interstate Highway 35. It was about 2:30 pm. She said don't worry we take care of you. I completed the paperwork, followed by an ex-ray. The Dentist walked in and introduced herself, checked on the tooth and asked questions. After the consultation, I stopped at the reception area and thanked the lady that made my day. This is what I call 'customer service'

I went in without an appointment because my cap popped off ( from a previous dental office) and they took x rays and cemented it back on and had me out in 20 minutes. Congrats to Dr Virani and her staff
