This is a new dental office for me. The staff was kind & courteous. It has been a couple of between cleanings. There wasn’t any shaming in that.
They extracted recently chipped tooth with great care & no pain during the procedure. The after care instructions were given to me in writing - very clear & easy to understand instructions. I’ve never had a tooth extracted before & they knew how nervous I was & took great care in calming my concerns.

Castle Dental & Orthodontics. DDS Jennifer Diep is all you need to help with all you're Dental problems. Had cavities over 20 years. Skeptical and fearing the seriousness of my cavities. Jennifer and her staff remarkable removed my cavities with no pain and always making sure I stay comfortable. I was seeing another dentist. And I couldn't take the pain anymore, and my dentist will not be back in the office till the middle of July. Castle Dental saw me immediately and took care of my needs. DDS Jennifer was kindly enough and was willing to send my records to another dentist. But I told her NO. I am confident that I have found the right dentist. Jennifer Diep DDS is the right choice. The service was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were very courteous and they were very good at explaining what was going on with my procedures. The orthodontist was excellent and she explained everything that I needed to know about my condition and how to make sure that I continue to do my part get my gums back healthy again. Very good service.
Still in chair and very pleased with timing of appointment and attention from staff. Dentist and surgeon very thorough with explanation of treatment options and expectations. Will leave office with a plan and cost options so there are no unexpected costs. Highly recommend Castle Dental.
