My experience was okay, I sat for 45 minutes before anyone offered me an explanation of what was going on, I understand offices can be working short off staff but make the patient aware of the long wait. After I was finally called to go back the assistant was nice, the Dr. was extremely professional and, nice. My overall experience was good!

Really great dental place, one of the best I've been to. Staff was very friendly and I never felt pressured for any extra stuff that wasn't necessary. Had my teeth cleaned in a timely manner and will come back again in the future.

The Cat Hollow office is amazing! The staff actually took me in after the office I had a temporary crown done in February closed and the permanent crown disappeared into thin air. They did another impression and I am now waiting for the permanent crown. They were all very apologetic about the whole situation and took good care of me.

The front desk, the hygienist and the doctor were all pleasant! I'll be back in 6 months!

The best of the best! I had A horrible fear of dentist before I met these wonderful people. Before I went through the extraction process of getting my mouth into a better shape, I was terrified of what I was walking into when it came to dental work on my mouth. Until I met these wonderful people and they made me feel so calm and valued for even stepping foot in their office. Everybody from the receptionist to the periodontist from the dentist to the assistance they are all amazing. They are also kind and caring and make sure that I know exactly what is going on before they do anything. I no longer have a deep sense of fear when going into their office because I know what is ahead and I know how kind they’re going to treat me the whole entire time. I highly suggest the O’Connor office. They are fantastic amazing people!

The oral Surgeon was kind, compassionate, and good at her job! I especially appreciate the detailed instructions for postop at home. I feel that the price was fair too. I’m glad I found an excellent Dentist.

I was impressed with the equipment they have at the O'Connor Drive office - the hygienist's computer was fast and responsive, bitewing x-rays are taken with a handheld device that doesn't require a lead apron, the ceiling lights are less piercingly fluorescent. Dr. Acosta is very friendly and answered my questions thoughtfully.

The best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Randy was terrific and did a stellar job. The young and beautiful dentist Mrs Costa was supremely superb and totally professional. Beyond that I found out she was from a very small town in West Texas and her demeanor was so kind and genuine I was a little overwhelmed by the young lady. Better get over here as fast as you can if you have dental care needs.Thats my recommendation😀

I wish I knew the name of the dental hygienist I have seen there for 4 years. She was working on 12/18 /25 in the afternoon. Broke a tooth and was extremely anxious. Her disposition and calming influence was remarkable. She has a great “chair-side” manner. I’ll learn her name on January 8.

Staff was professional, friendly, and fast. Was careful to not cause pain. They worked well with my insurance and work with me on reasonable timing so I can pay and still get the dental work I need accomplished.

HAVING FUN AT THE DENTISTS’?! Yup. Just went in for a check up and routine cleaning. The Front Desk was super friendly. Then, the dental hygienist, Jordan, was so much FUN! She was also really good! I got a pillow for my back and a cozy blanket. She also put Vaseline on my lips to keep them hydrated during the cleaning. She even did extra steps to make sure I wouldn’t have “grainy mouth” after my treatment. It was a surprisingly delightful experience and I’m so happy to have a dental office that I can look forward to, versus dreading! LOL

Front start to the end of my very first visit, it was great! Very informative from the Receptionist to the Personnel performing my care. It was my first visit, I received a full consultation along with visions. Everyone was so knowledgeable, very caring and reassuring, as well.
