I had a great experience with them as my dentist. Convenient parking and a wonderful staff to work with. The tooth cleaning and the root canal was smooth as you can imagine it would be under the circumstances. I'm very thankful that they did an excellent job and kept me calm because sometimes the dentist really gets me stressed out. Very nice and very professional 😁😁😁

I chose Castle Dental out of curiosity and I am surprise at the warmth and caring I was given I felt like I was with family.

I always love going to see dr McNeil ! Him an his team are always so welcoming. Definitely treat you like family doesn’t feel like you are even at the dentist !

On my first visit the front staff was rude. Especially when I asked questions. On my second visit I was asking questions and explaining the issues i had with the filling he had done and I looked up at him I saw him rolling his eyes. He was clearly annoyed. He did fix the issue but customers should be able too and feel comfortable to ask questions and speak openly about the procedures their getting done and I did not. Not the friendliest environment but the job got done.

Dental staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Lot's of challenges with booking/ admin contact. I left 3 unanswered messages to verify my insurance. I finally got a person on the phone and gave her my insurance info. When I arrived for my appt, none of my insurance info was in the system. If you can manage this yourself, this is a good place for dental care.

I am so happy to have discovered Castle Dental! They were great and efficient but even more importantly they helped me with my loose implant. I have never cried at a dentist before but did this time! Pure happy tears!!! Thank you so much!!!

Tasha and Dr Jung were friendly, calming and helpful. Xrays and exam followed by a cleaning and scaling went well.

Very organized, kind, and courteous service. Dr. Jung is thoughtful and explains the procedures well beforehand and while he is working. He has very capable assistants. Thank you for having such great personnel in your office.

I had a great dental experience at this location with such kind, engaging and professional care. Tasha was an excellent dental assistant filled with such cheer and knowledge. She taught me some flossing techniques I plan on using to prevent cavities. Dr. Jung comes across immediately as incredibly proficient and I felt complete trust in his plan for my continued dental health!! I highly recommend them especially if you are someone normally apprehensive at the dentist office!!

They are punctual with appointment times. All staff are professional, kind and positive atmosphere.

Dr. Blackwell and staff are amazing!!! Very helpful and genuinely concerned with my experience and my dental care. I have moved since my first appointment with him, but still make the 2 hour drive for appointments!! Dr. Orraca and his staff at Kyle are amazing as well, make the drive to make appointments with him as well. Cannot go wrong with these 2 Doctors and their staff!!!!!

This was the first time I've ever been to Castle dental..... Everyone was kind, friendly and very professional. I even convinced my husband to go. They also helped me with a insurance plan that can help me afford. I highly recommend that you also go to them Thank you so much Tracey

While my experience at this castle dental was good yesterday, since they didn't have a hygienist on staff they were unable to do a cleaning. They got a couple dozen xray images of my teeth, and that was done well and it took about an hour, which is how much time I expect a dental visit to take. But, I imagine that if they are ever able to schedule me for a cleaning, they will charge me another co-pay for the next visit, which I would rather have avoided by getting all the things done in a single visit.

Don't usually like going to the dentist, but really professional and great dentists. Got all my work done within a few months.
