I’ve been very pleased with Castle Dental; my biggest problem the past few years has been the expense of dental care. I have Delta Dental insurance as the spouse of a military retiree; as other military veterans know, the insurance has cut reimbursement to the bone! I lost my dentist, because the office stopped carrying Delta Dental, and that left me so discouraged, I made the mistake of putting off needed care. I’ve been relieved to find Castle Dental willing to provide—not cheap—but reasonably priced service with a combination of insurance and discounts. The staff is well-trained and friendly. My dentist, Dr Shaw, is thorough and personable, and shows concern for me. Dental hygiene is important not only for our mouth, but neglect of dental care can also lead to other medical issues, as well as putting teeth at risk. I’m quite relieved to find Castle Dental! I’ve had one root canal done, and the specialist is excellent; experienced and able to work efficiently, with minimal discomfort. I recommend Castle Dental highly!

I recently had my dental services provided by Castle Dental and my service was beyond outstanding. Leandra is a great dental hygienist and it was one of the best and most thorough cleaning sessions that I have ever experienced. My dentist is Dr Shah and to me he is the also the best dentist ever. I love the customer service staff and I am proud to have such great dental care available to me. They all do a great job and many many thanks to everyone at this office.

I no longer dread dentist office visits; I look forward to seeing friends😺 PS my teeth are the best they’ve been in decades!! My implants were affordable and they look and work great!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this Castle Dental location. Everyone, including office staff, the hygienist, and the dentist, are just the best! I have actually moved to north of Austin and I still go back there.

I enjoy Castle Dental on Slaughter ln, their wonderful with customer service and take care of their patients very professionally. I recommend them to family and friends.

The whole staff was great! I haven't been fortunate to have dental insurance in a few years, but their pricing is all up front and transparent. I got 2 cavities filled and felt very comfortable and accommodated.

I REALLY don't do well at dentist visits. I was an emotional wreck my first visit. After that visit, I'm pretty good! This is an EXCELLENT TEAM! So caring, and wonderful manner made me very comfortable.The hygienist had a lot to do, and was THE BEST! Excellent treatment, I was very impressed with the recovery as well. Very HIGHLY RECOMMEND! BEST DENTIST IVE EVER HAD!!

I love this practice on Slaughter Lane. I’ve been using their services for almost ten years. The staff are great and caring. I have dental phobia and they get me through all the procedures. Big and small.

I highly recommend Dr. Jolecia Hardin. She extracted my tooth with great skill that two dentists declined to extract. She also filled two of my cavities with great skill. She is new at this location and i highly recommend her.

Dr. Hardin and her staff have consistently showed care for my dad as a person, not just his teeth. Everyone on staff has been wonderful. Dr. Hardin knew exactly what my dad needed and took such good care of him. The cost for his procedure was very reasonable. I'm so happy we found them. Now I'm a patient too!
