Hygienist was nice, but they don't have enough appointments. The next one is 9 months away.
The dentist and dental hygienist are great! The front office staff are not. They cant book you within 6 months, they arent adequately staffed, and cancel on you the same day but cant reschedule for another 6 weeks (after already waiting 9 months for your appointment). They are also rude and unresponsive.

Excellsnt service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Gu is very nice and explains everything. She checks to make sure you are doing alright through the whole process. I would recommend her to my friends snd family.

Just switched over because of insurance coverage and couldn’t be happier! Castle Dental on slaughter & mopac is amazing! Wonderful and patient staff! Dr. Somoza is so sweet & the least big judgy for a gal who hadn’t been to the dentist in a while! Grateful for this team & environment! 10/10 recommend!
