Is the best place for everyone

The front desk staff are very nice and courteous, but they need to improve on informing the patients what is required for their appt at least two days prior to their appt and not 3 hours prior to your visit. Letting a patient know they have to pay $1300 the same day, 3 hours prior to their appt is inconsiderate to think that pt can afford to pay that amount! And they need to also verify pt’s insurance as whether pt’s insurance has expired, again at least 1-2 days prior to their appt! And also ask the patients whether or not if they had any surgeries within the last few months, so they will no they need to take an antibiotic 1 hr prior to services are rendered!! Patient’s time is important they had to take off from work and rearrange their schedule. Does this office have an Office manager? Whenever I asked to speak to the manager, he or she is never available! And I am never asked I can leave a message for the manager!! And when you missed an appt or did not reschedule within the required time, then you are charged $50. I was never informed of a no show fee or even signed an agreement, There is nothing posted in the waiting room of a No Charge fee or missed appt or failure to reschedule within the time that is required!!! Great experience from start to finish! Everyone was friendly, and the office was clean and welcoming. Kimberly was so kind and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Highly recommend this office!

This is by far one of the best dental offices I’ve been to! Everyone is so kind and friendly, and they make what can be a stressful visit feel easy and comfortable. The doctor was thorough, and explained everything clearly, and really involve me in the treatment decisions. I was so nervous as I haven’t been to a dental office in years but the girls in the front made me feel much better and I did not feel judged. Dr. Ana is also the sweetest dentist I’ve ever met. I will not be going elsewhere ❤️

The staff @Castle Dental Fry road are awesome!! Kim and Jenny are especially awesome! They were very accommodating to my requests for an expeditious treatment journey and went above and beyond to set an appointment for me elsewhere due to "crunch" time. Thanks to ALL of you for your professionalism.

It’s ok, just confused on thier billing system, always random charges you get hit up later with, so when you get there they hit you with those charges they didn’t charge you from the last appointment.

My most recent visit was nothing short of amazing. As someone with severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, the entire staff I encountered made this experience a memorable one and made me feel comfortable during the entire visit.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for two years now, even though I’ve moved 30 minutes away. I still love going there because the staff is always so friendly, and Dr. Ana is particularly kind. Celeste, the dental hygienist, is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend giving them a try and hope you have the same great experience!

I’ve been coming here for my dental needs for several years now and definitely recommend this office for its friendly, professional, and competent front staff and hygienists/dentists. They have ample hours of operation and work with most major insurance companies. This office also has several promotional offers from time to time, such as for crowns and veneers and also offers discounts/coupons for cash patients. I have had several periodontal cleanings and dental fillings/crowns with hygienist Olga and dentist Dr. Ana Karen Bencosme and both ladies have always been very meticulous and precise in their dental treatment and have always explained to me in easy to understand terms what they are doing and making sure I am comfortable during my treatments. I actually look forward going to the dentist because of these two ladies and their professionalism! I am very happy with my dental service and treatments at Castle Dental Katy and would recommend others to try them out!

Castle Dental was very professional!!

I had a great experience at this office. Dr. Bencosme was incredibly kind and professional, and her entire team was very welcoming. She took the time to explain the gum issues I was having and made sure I understood everything clearly. She also took photos and X-rays to carefully evaluate my condition and walked me through all the findings in detail. I really appreciated how attentive and patient she was while explaining every aspect of my oral health. I’m very happy with the service I received and felt well taken care of during my visit.

Dr. Ana Karen Bencosme did an amazing job. She put together a clear and effective plan for what was a tough challenge. I was impressed by her ability to address multiple issues and, most importantly, make me feel confident that everything would be corrected. Highly recommend—she’s definitely the person to go to. P.S. I went to see Dr. Bencosme because I was having problems with a couple of crowns that were bothering me. She took the time to carefully evaluate everything, including taking X-rays and photos, and explained what was causing the issue. She was very patient and made sure I understood what needed to be fixed. Dr. Bencosme was able to adjust and correct the problem, and I left feeling much better. She was very gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the whole visit. Her team was also very friendly and helpful.
